The cleanliness needs some review. The bedroom furniture had food/drink spill marks plus the bathroom cupboards and toilet were not the cleanest.

The property was big enough for our group. Some doors needs fix and maintenance. Overall, the stay was okay except, care taker coming in the middle of our stay to empty garbage from the garage. Kind of creepy as the guy did not introduce himself.

The house was lovely. The hot tub was not working when we arrived, which was disappointing. The water pressure is low, making showers a bit of a challenge. The master bedroom did not have great window coverings. The items available in the kitchen was limited. The rest of the house was roomy and comfortable. The view of the mountains and location to Jasper was incredible.

House was very roomy and accomodated our size of party. Everyone had their own room and them all having king size beds was a bonus (minus the bunk bed room). Will definitely book again. The hosts communicated well when there were requests from our end! Close to Folding Mountain Brewery which was a bonus!

Property location was great and views were spectacular! The house could have been stocked better with kitchen items it was extremely limited when trying to even heat and cook the basics. Hot tub was also excellent and running well. There were two major complaints. The air unit wasn’t able to cool such a large house. We were there in July so we understood that was the hottest month but even opening the windows in the late afternoons couldn’t cool it off until up into the night. The other issue is we were not notified until two hours before check in that they were having plumbing issues with the water pressure and was told that no one could shower at the same time or no two water supplies could be running at the same time. This was a game changer since we had 8 adults. There was no way to schedule showers and water running for 8 people to never overlap. The offered nothing other than a “I'm sorry”. The initial notification said it would be fixed the following day but soon after chatting back and forth it changed to three days into our 4 day stay it would be fixed. We paid a lot of money and they never even offered any compensation for our inconvenience and it was a major inconvenience!

The property is indeed 2 minutes from the park entrance but is 30-40minutes to the town of Jasper. This may be important for your stay as it adds 30 minutes to your drive to almost all of the major sites in Jasper national park. During almost every trip back and forth we did see animals along the side of the road so that is a plus. In the opposite direction (away from the park entrance) it is 15 minutes to Walmart, cheaper gas, a larger supermarket and other basics. Negatives: Bathrooms & communication with host.There are 5 bathrooms and the toilets work in all but the showers do not. Functionally there are 2 showers that work. We let the host know the night we checked in that we could not get the water in 3 of the showers to be anything less than scalding and a step up from a dribble. They gave us some pointers and when that didn’t work offered to send someone out. That person never came (although did email to say he was coming). We tried multiple times to reach someone but were left with 2 showers for 12 people for our entire stay. Kitchen could use a corkscrew and other things.Positives: The house itself is very large with beautiful views of some of the Jasper Valley from the decks. There is a large hot tub on one of the decks which was great after a long day of driving/hiking.There plenty of places for people to sleep. The downstairs is its own suite. The major positives of this place is the space. We were 12 and there was plenty of space for everyone.

We have books for only one day, did late check in bu found that water flow was very low through home. We do have contacted host and it was vey quick replay but because it was late it was not resolved. Next morning what ever it was either hot waters in tap or cold water in taps but because we were in hurry to leave so didn't bother to call or text host. Facility was nice and no other issue.

House was very clean, didn’t realize they were working on the downstairs bedroom. Minor repairs. Was unable to use garage due to construction tools. We Enjoyed our time. Having the Folding Mountain tap room nearby was helpful for those nights we were too tired to cook. They supplied games for the kids. Be prepared to buy a bag of ice and water as ice maker is not hooked up. Washer and dryer were a plus. Views were fantastic. Omar responded back quickly to any questions or concerns we had.
