Camp Foothills is a freshly renovated house in the woods that blends the comforts of home with the rustic charm of the Adirondacks.

The front entry room has a custom rack to hang outerwear and helmet storage with space for shoes and boots. There is space for inside bike and winter gear storage and a table and chairs.

The living Room has couches and a sitting area with a large TV and a reading nook with ADK books. There is a custom serving shelf and custom ceiling crafted from the original cabin roof.

In the kitchen you will find all new appliances including a dishwasher, Keurig Coffee machine with pods, creamer, and sugar, toaster, blender, tea kettle, full silverware set, cooking utensils, BBQ utensils, dish soap, sponges, and towels, cups, wine glasses, cocktail glasses, mugs, dishes, and bowls. There are spices, condiments, and basic cooking supplies. There is also bake wear, and pots and pans.

The first floor bathroom features a bathtub, Bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, makeup cloths, a commonly forgotten item drawer, hair dryer, clothes steamer, feminine products, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The upstairs bedroom suite has a private full bathroom, queen bed, closet and dresser, charging stations in the headboard, TV, exterior door, and exit.

The downstairs Bedroom 1 has a full bed, a twin trundle bed, a Closet, a TV, and extra blankets.

The downstairs Bedroom 2 has a king bed, charging stations in nightstands, a TV, a desk and chair, a closet, and a dresser.

The ADK Room or game room has tons of different games for all ages, a couch a propane stove, and a bar Cabinet.

The laundry room has a full washer and dryer, dog waste bags, and basic laundry supplies.

Moving outside to the back patio area, there are string lights, a fire pit, an outdoor couch, Adirondack Chairs, free firewood, a Weber charcoal grill, and a large picnic table. During the warmer months, there are 2 kayaks on the garage with life vests inside the garage.

You are free to hike and explore the woods, fish in the large pond, or just look for some of the local wildlife.

The entire property is open for exploration except for locked owner cabinets.

Up to 2 dogs are welcome for an additional cleaning fee. They must be crated if unsupervised and not permitted on the furniture. We provide dog waste bags to clean up after your dog.

This is a house in the woods. Despite our best efforts, there will be bugs and critters. They were here first.
