The space

Perched on the top floor of Calablanca Residences, this three-bedroom penthouse is designed for groups and families who want space, comfort, and open-plan living all in one place. Large windows pull in natural light throughout the day, and the layout flows easily from the living and dining areas to the terrace - a seamless connection between indoors and the sea beyond. The penthouse accommodates up to nine guests across six beds and 3.5 baths, with thoughtful details throughout that make it easy to settle in.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms offer a quiet retreat after long days by the water. Soft linens, warm lighting, and ample clothing storage keep things comfortable whether you're staying a few nights or longer. The 3.5 bathrooms include bathtubs, hot water, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel, so there's no scrambling over shared space in the mornings.



Outdoor living

Step out onto the spacious patio and terrace to find panoramic sea views and the steady sound of the surf below. The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex. A large family pool bordered by sunbeds, a separate kids' pool, and outdoor showers with L'Occitane soap are all available within the community. Fire pits offer a soft glow once the sun drops, and a 60-metre dock shared with the neighbouring property provides easy access for boats up to 60 feet. The private beach - 167 m long by 37 m wide - is lined with sunbeds, large cushions, and Bali-style cabanas.



Amenities and shared spaces

Calablanca Residences offers a strong set of shared facilities. The spa includes steam rooms, saunas, massage cabins, and outdoor jacuzzis. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge - you only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge. The gym is equipped with cardio and pilates equipment, and the game room features a pool table, ping-pong, and foosball. An on-site convenience store means essentials are always within reach.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen is well set up for group stays, with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, and a dining table are all included, making shared meals easy to put together without needing to go anywhere.
