1BR Just Steps From the Beach at Sugar Beach 349!

This cozy renovated 1 bedroom/ 2 bath condo is located only steps away from the beach with indirect beach views from your balcony. The eat-in kitchen has all the cooking basics as well as brand new appliances. The living room has a smart TV, comfy chairs and a pull-out sofa. The upstairs bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, and smart TV. There is a bathroom on both levels as well as a washer and dryer on the main level.

We personally manage our own unit, so you will not be dealing with a management company. We are easily accessible and want to make your stay as relaxing and fantastic as we can! We look forward to sharing our condo with you, and hope you love it as much as we do and want to come stay with us again and again!

PARKING PASSES
Parking Pass(es) may be purchased on site when you arrive at the complex for $35 for the entirety of your stay. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit (only 1 pass during holidays), and you must show your reservation confirmation when purchasing at the complex. The cost and number of the parking passes available is set by the association and is subject to change at any time without notice. A processing fee is added if paying by credit card.

Great place to stay

We loved the condo it was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I really loved that we didn’t have to worry about bringing chairs and beach stuff that way we leave all the sand here where it belongs! 🤣 Great location. We will visit again.

Great property right on the beach with the BEST hosts! Their personal touches, like having our favorite treat waiting for us upon arrival, are definitely above & beyond! Their Communication and accessibility are also Great, which made the entire transaction a breeze! 5 star property, hosts, & stay!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Highway recommended, we had a great stay!

I cant say enough good things about Aubree and Landon as owners/hosts! They were very nice, thoughtful, and easy to get ahold of. The condo was very clean and so comfy! We had everything we needed plus more! The kids enjoyed the "fun closet" and the 2 video games as well as the 3 pools and easy beach access. The sugar shack was definitely a hit with the all of us from snacks and lunch to adult drinks! Cant wait to book again!

A week at the beach!

It was our first visit to Orange Beach and we will be back! Condo 349 was a pleasant surprise. So clean, new appliances and fully equipped with everything you need. Even coolers and beach chairs and floats. Just grab a bag, throw in some clothes and take off! The owners are extra personable and considerate of your every need. Thank you for a great week!!
