For an extra fee, you can sign up to access the Serenata Club less than a mile away, which has a fitness center, kids and adult pools, and a hot tub. The holiday lights display at the Nights of Lights celebration offers plenty of fun and amusements.

The sweeping, 180-degree view continues inside thanks to two walls of windows and soaring 20-foot ceilings with exposed beams. Rating: We enjoyed our stay overall, mainly because the location is unbeatable—right on the beach with incredible views and a pleasant shaded sitting area under the house. The easy beach access made our trip really enjoyable.That said, the property itself is definitely older and in need of some upkeep. The paint is peeling, and several deck boards (especially on the front walk-up and center section of the back deck) are sagging or rotting to the point where we were cautious walking on them. Inside, the house was fairly clean but dated. We noticed very dusty vents, several non-working outlets in the living room and master bedroom, and broken lounge chairs on the back deck that only laid flat. There was also trash left in a cooler downstairs.

The property has an amazing view of the ocean and location is fantastic with immediate access to the beach. However, this house needs some love. The steps and decks have loose boards and handrails. The overall exterior of the home needs paint. The interior is furnished nicely. The walls and baseboards are in desperate need of paint. The kitchen has obviously been redone and is very nice. The couch cushions and cushions on the dining room chairs need to be cleaned. The bathrooms are partially renovated but work fine. This place could be a real gem if it was given some attention. It was clean otherwise. It was fine for a weekend stay.

This house shouldn't be rented out. We spent the first day and a half of our stay, trying to find a different house to move into. We had to stay there the first night, as we were u able to find any other accommodations at such late notice. The decks and railings were unattached in swvwral places, ready to fall off of the house. The house had pieces of its siding laying on the deck. The house was filthy. I had to provide photos and videos ro the management company and thankfu

Late checkout

I tried to get a late checkout never recieved the email and I called tried to get it and still denied. Also house is not as expected need a lot of renovations. Pictures are not accurate.

Beautiful beach side retreat!

View and location are incredible! Living room & kitchen area and back porch are spacious and great for group gatherings. Bathrooms have been partially updated but are clean. Plenty of towels and cook ware. Be sure to bring extra paper goods. Will 100% go back!

Overall Good Stay

This was a great location but the home is need of some tlc, general maintenance, paint, and ect but we mainly used the house to sleep so it worked fine for us. We spent much of our time on the beach or in St Augustine. The covered area under the house was missing the table pictured in the listing but we made due without. This was a great space to sit and escape the rain. The location was great being in close proximity to Publix, the beach, restaurant less than 3 mins away, and St Augustine. There were plenty of beds in the house. We only had 5 people and more than enough options for sleeping, there were three bedrooms and the one with bunk beds would be perfect for kids. Over all this is a good stay.

Good enough for a long weekend

Location was great. Happy to wake up to ocean and easy access to beach right outside door. House is weathered and a bit run down - lots of chipped paint, broken railing on back porch. Bathroom door hard to close. Mattress protectors a bit noisy. White couch was comfy but definitely in need of a good cleaning for stains.

Got locked out at 11pm

I don’t know who is in charge of the remote keypad, but my entire group was locked out at 11pm and when I called to get help they informed me that they change the code automatically at times- which is fine, but no one told us so we were just locked out! It was unsafe, and uncool!

Really great

So beautiful and a perfect spot on the beach. Only minor issues (dirty water in fridge dispenser, broken hammock, dishwasher does not clean dishes very well) and it seems like most problems mentioned in previous reviews were taken care of. The living area was really spacious and perfect for everyone to hang out in. The sound system on the TV is great and all the rooms were clean and comfortable.

College reunion in St. Augustine

Can’t beat the views and outdoor areas! The deck is well appointed, closest house to the ocean. Under the house is perfect to avoid sunburn, the constant wind and complimentary coolers were perfect. Nice kitchen. The house is definitely a rental. Was a little intimidated going in, but this house must be a full time rental these days. Paint and trim were the give away, a little rough. Deck was repainted thick and flaking everywhere. The ocean views and house design overcome all. It was awesome!

Awesome Rental

Loved this house!!. It provided for a group of friend to gather, relax and have fun. The house provided so many beautiful areas for conversations and an amazing kitchen to gather for morning coffee, snacks, and cocktail hour(s). The rooms were clean and comfortable. The deck provided for beautiful sunrises, laying on a chaise lounge and enjoying the sun, and all the beauty of the ocean and the beach. St. Augustine was a few miles away for an excellent day trip. Cap's on the Water, which is right around the corner, was an amazing restaurant for dinner and a sunset.
