Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this apartment on St. George Street is situated right in the heart of St. Augustine! Classic period accents and high-end modern comforts throughout promise a truly memorable stay. Highlights include a sparkling chef's kitchen and original coquina fireplaces. Play cornhole in the serene private courtyard or sip drinks on the balcony among the treetops. Share tasty alfresco meals around the table. Enjoy an enviable location in the Colonial Quarter, mere steps from famous landmarks and local hot spots. Step directly onto festive George Street to find locally beloved eateries and unique shops. Take a short drive to Anastasia State Park for sun-soaked beach days or 5 miles to Vilano Beach.

Two comfy sofas provide plenty of seating in the living area. An impressive 80” smart TV allows you to stream your favorite shows and new movies. A second living area is outfitted with a sofa, a sofa bed, and a 42” smart TV. A wood-burning coquina fireplace creates added allure. We enjoyed our stay at this property. Overall happy but will share a quick pros and cons list based on our experience:Pros:Location is incredible, you are right in the center of everything.Outside hustle and bustle of people never bothered us, couldn’t hear music or loudness from our rooms.House was spacious.House comes with two car parking spots.Cons:There are no grocery stores walking distance.Upstairs shower/bath was not property cleaned (mold).TVs didn’t work - remotes were placed by wrong tvs/rooms. Maybe label them?There is no water dispenser in fridge.This one is just preference - the beds were small for a couple (average size) to share. We slept shoulder to shoulder. And got poor sleep.

Perfect location!!

This house is literally in the heart of historic Saint Augustine!! You have a private door that opens to Saint George street giving access to everything. House was perfect nice and clean and had everything you need for a peaceful stay:)

My daughter and her bridesmaids stayed here for three days. Perfect location for all events. Great parking for Bride and easy bride tribe pick-up. The girls loved it. Had no issues. Was such a huge help to have them together, safe and so much room to spread out! Highly recommend.

Beautiful home with private entrance to St. George street

Enormous and comfortable home. Amazing location with direct access to town center. Great for 6 or more people. It’s caverness! Recommend for an immersive experience in st. Augustine. There are not a lot of accessories for cooking and some missing/not functioning tv remotes. Seems no one lives here regularly.

Problems in the kitchen

The dishwasher was not working properly, it does not release the detergent in the washing process.And, worse, we had a major leak in the piping of the kitchen sink, we had to fix and clean it ourselves.

Great location

Great spot. House lacked some basic comforts but a value. The noise level from the street is extreme and went until 3 am. It’s the time of year we went- I’m sure it’s not that bad all the time.

Great Spot

The location was amazing. The upstairs was sometimes hot and humid but other than that it was great. Warning, they only supply one or two rolls of toilet paper and three laundry pods. So if you are there for long, you'll need to bring some.

Family stay

Venue is great and I HIGHLY recommend it! It was a bit confusing between VRBO where I booked the property and then the mgt company starts writing me and I didn’t know who they were. Could be made clearer. Thx for listening! :)

Amazing

This property and location was a fantastic vacation spot. Our family enjoyed being close to everything and being able to go back to the room to relax with no problems. This house had plenty of room for us older follks and our pre teens had there space as well. Thank you for an amazing vacation away from home. Will definitely recommend this location to others.

Disappointed

The amenities were not what was expected. There was no iron at all and one was requested with appropriate notice and not delivered until 12 hrs after we needed it. You had plenty of tie. To drop it off prior to the wedding and we had to search where to go and to buy one ourselves. There were no Kleenex/tissues in the place. The pub across the way played music well past 2am every night - it was noisy and you can hear peoples co variations as the windows are only single pane. There was only decaf granular instant coffee 
 which would not have worked at all with either the keruig or coffee machines The gas stove elements would not work There was not a wine opener, an expected kitchen staple. Two bathrooms, one small set of shampoo and conditioner left in only o e of the two bathrooms There were only two small (terrible quality) toilet papers rolls left in each bathroom This place was ill equipped to say the least and disappointing. Being the one responsible for booking the rental I was apologizing for all of the above misgivings and it was actually embarrassing and I felt a reflection of me as what’s listed in the amenities is not what’s actually the case!

This right in the middle of the action

The accommodations are great, it is a very nice place. The only problem was parking. Its not the fault of the owners but spanish street is under construction so the spots for parking are inaccessible. Get the St Agustine parking app. and you can update public parking metters from anywhere. A Music festival was going and noise was not an issue.

Perfect Place!

We had a wonderful time! The location was great, and we loved being close to everything! The beds were very comfortable! We were close to coffee shops but we also loved sitting on the porch drinking coffee and planning our day. We would stay here again due to the location and it was a great rental home!

Location Location Location

We truly enjoyed our stay with one exception. Pros; If your looking to spend time in the old city this is perfect!! Build prior to 1761 the character was amazing. 2 parking spots and a cute court yard. The kitchen was massive, but with all the wonderful restaurants in walking distance cooking wasn't part of our plan. Tons of space, and plenty of TV's for large families and friends. Cons; the up stairs master bed and bath A/C didn't work. it was 92 degrees, we closed the door and only used the bath when necessary. There was a repair man working on it but it never worked during our stay. I feel we should be compensated a portion of the fee. I have had no response from the owner.

Great location, huge space, but a few issues..

This property is in an amazing location right on St George and within steps of many good restaurants and shops. The apartment itself was quite large and we found it clean and ready. The 'gourmet' kitchen left a bit to be desired- the appliances are quite old and the freezer section of the fridge/freezer would not make ice or keep items frozen. We attempted to get the issue with the freezer resolved thru the property mgmt company (Vacasa) but they were not eager to address the problem. Multiple promises to have the local operations mgr get in touch with us never materialized. On the evening of our last day, a cooler with 3 twenty-pound bags of ice was delivered. Not the best solution but nonetheless an attempt. It's worth noting the bedroom with 2 twins does not have AC. My son ended up sleeping in the adjacent living room space on the couch. Larger groups expecting to use that bedroom should plan accordingly. Florida is quite hot and humid in the summer, so beware of this potential issue. If you are looking for a space directly located in old-town St Augustine I doubt you'll do better than this one considering it's near-perfect location and generous size. Beware of the potential for disappointment should you encounter any issues. I much prefer a property where the actual owner is directly responsible for guest satisfaction vs. the property mgmt route (Vacasa) which proved to be quite a hassle.
