À propos de cet hébergement

Spacieuse unité de 3 chambres / 3 salles de bain située au cœur du golfe, à quelques minutes des boutiques, des restaurants et des attractions de la région. Cette unité de coin au 3ème ��tage offre une vue directe sur le golfe et l'accès à la plage n'est qu'à quelques pas.

Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit, de deux fauteuils inclinables et d'un fauteuil avec télévision à ��cran plat et accès au balcon. Le balcon est aménagé avec table et chaises. La salle à manger adjacente peut accueillir 6 personnes. La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable, une cafetière filtre et Keurig, et est entièrement équipée avec batterie de cuisine et ustensiles.

La chambre principale a un lit king size, télévision à écran plat et salle de bain privée. La chambre principale offre également un accès au balcon. La chambre 2 offre une literie queen et une télévision à écran plat. Une chambre d'amis offre une salle de bain privée tandis que l'autre chambre partage une salle de bain. La chambre 3 dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une télévision à écran plat.

Le complexe propose une piscine devant le golfe avec des chaises longues, un espace barbecue et une salle de remise en forme.

Les attractions locales à proximité sont: Waterville, golf miniature, Ft. Morgan, centre commercial Tanger Outlet et centre commercial Pinnacle. Des terrains de golf exclusifs se trouvent également à proximité.

Les vents tropicaux sont situés entre Mobile et Pensacola. Les casinos Biloxi et MS ne sont qu'à deux heures!

Had medical emergency and was unable to stay, I emailed twice and spoke to a rep stating I wasn’t able to come!!

We loved this condo! Even better than the photos. There was enough room for my whole family, teenagers included and no one felt crowded. The beach is so close, everything is beautiful and well done. Cannot wait to return.

Nice place; nice views

This is a very nice condo. Don't let the front door freak you out as it did us; it was very rusty and looked horrible but when you walk in the place is beautiful. The sliding glass doors will need replaced when possible as the view is obscured but they have renovated so much else I am sure that is too expensive right now. We couldn't find any pot holders so that would be really helpful. You are literally like right on the beach in this condo. The master bedroom has absolutely stunning views from the windows.

August 2021 Stay

We had a wonderful vacation. We will be staying here again in the future. Everything was exactly as described when booked. The views are amazing!!! We also had Hulu, Netflix and everything that was included with the owners smart TV which was an added bonus. If you have never booked with Luna Beach, they have been so nice and answered questions before our arrival as well as when we arrived!

Absolutely beautiful here!! Views were the best!!

Place was very nice and close to all. Views were perfect and we were right on the ocean. Beds were very comfy and clean.owners were very nice and easy to reach:)we will be back!!

This condo is outdated. The only perk of this condo building is that it’s small and the occupancy isn’t a lot. Considering the pandemic, that allowed for social distancing on the beach.

Nice stay

Good view of beach. We were right over the pool. Condo was nice. Definitely needs new cookware. The pans were rusted and dirty. The bathroom in the small bedroom needs updated. Other than that good location and nice.

The only issue we had was the sliding glass door. It was a struggle to open and close. It really needs to be fixed before someone gets hurt . Other than that it has plenty of room , a nice view, and great location to everything!

September 2016 Stay

Very disappointed with new ownership. We have stayed in this condo the last three years, and have never had an issue. This time we found there was no place to hang clothes, put suitcases, etc in one of the bedrooms due to the new owners using it for there own storage. Also did not have an iron or ironing board anymore. We had toilet issues, cable boxes not working. We will not be staying in this condo again.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very Nice Place to stay. Great location, easy access to beach. The only complaint I have would be the door in the Master bedroom going out on the balcony would not lock. I called maintenance on the day we arrived and was told they would be there the following morning between 8 and 8:30. I waited in the condo until 10:30 while everyone else was on the beach. They never came or called. I called Luna Beach properties at the end of the week just to let them know what had happened with the door and also that when we had arrived the entry door had been left unlocked. The lady I spoke with was very nice and apologetic. I was just a little uneasy about sleeping in a room with a door to the outside of the building would not lock. This is a nice place, and my experience could be rare? Don't know

First Stay at Tropical Winds

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In past years we have stayed at a condo unit close to Tropical Winds, but due to the time of year of our recent stay, that development was fully booked. Let me start my review with the positives.1. The management company made the rental of the unit easy to do and it was efficient in setting up and confirming our reservation.2. The check-in was easy and convenient.3. The building and grounds were neat and clean and well maintained.4. The beach was easily accessible.The negatives of our visit relate to Unit 301 and are as follows:1. Unit 301 was not clean when we arrived. Specifically, the refrigerator was dirty, the microwave was dirty, the shower curtains in two of the bathrooms were covered with mold and mildew as were the shower control knobs, the bedrooms were dusty with a significant amount of dust under the beds, four of the six chairs on the balcony were broken and not usable, and trash was left on the balcony. The vacuum cleaner in the unit was unusable due to lack of suction which caused dust and trash to be thrown back into the room. The bedspread in the master bedroom had a large cigarette burn hole in it. To the credit of the management company, the shower curtains and deck chairs were replaced on the first day of our visit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is super nice and right on the beach. We had a bit of confusion on getting the key. Perhaps putting the key on the door knob of the actual condo unit in the locked box would be more helpful as opposed to the stairwell. It's a long walk to 59 where all the action is but a short car ride. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed for the week. Would definitely stay here again in the near future.
