Surf and sun on one, fishing and boating on the other (also Kayak accessible). *Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.

**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (January & February) - All monthly reservations must be booked from the 1st to the 1st only. No partial or mid-month reservations will be accepted at the discounted monthly rate. To get your quote, you must set the dates from the first to the first of each month. Or, you may give us a call for these rates and terms.

Parking Passes are required and purchased from the front desk upon arrival. Passes are $30 each and are valid for your entire stay, limit 2 per unit. Boat Trailer Parking is $30 and allows you to use the Boat Launch as well.
