Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, and soaps are provided to the guest. Please plan to bring additional supplies for your use during your stay.

OUTDOOR LIVING - The backyard has a beautiful private sandy beach leading up to Sunset Lake. This private lake is great for any non-motorized water activities.
-Spacious deck with comfortable lounge seating, a dining area, and a grill overlooking the lake and sandy beach. A protective gate to deck stairs is provided for those looking for extra security for their kids and pets.
-Patio with outdoor seating / fan to enjoy the outdoors without the worry of mosquitos. Includes two swinging basket chairs.
-Fire Pit for evening gatherings under the stars, with ample seating and marshmallow roasting supplies.
-Kayaks and paddleboards are provided for exploring the lake at your leisure. Water loungers and floats for those looking to enjoy the water in comfort. Sand toys for those looking to create their next sand masterpiece. Life jackets in varying sizes provided.
-Outdoor games featuring an outdoor volleyball and badminton net set, bags/cornhole, spike ball, and a ring toss game.
- Sunset Lake is stocked with fish including largemouth bass, panfish and yellow perch (catch & release; fishing poles not provided). Enjoy hours of fun catching sunbathing frogs as well!

GAME ROOM - Downstairs game room featuring a foosball table, wall scrabble board, wall hook and ring game, Smart TV with Nintendo system with 30 classic/retro games and DVD player, and a closet full of games and puzzles for all ages.

BEDROOMS - Sleeps 14 comfortably. Our thoughtfully designed bedrooms ensure a restful stay includes bed linens including flat and fitted sheets, pillows (various support levels provided), extra blankets, luggage racks, mirrors, hanging closet organizers and hangers.

DINING/LIVING ROOM - Open-concept living area with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking lake views. Dining table with seating for 10 people.

LOWER LEVEL MAIN ROOM – Large six piece couch, fireplace and television to wind down and relax. Additional dining table with seating for 6 people and a decorative green wall great for pictures!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property, beach, lake, garage, and driveway.

The home has a smart lock on the front door of the home and guests will receive their unique code one day before their reservation. This code will be active during the entirety of your reservation.

BOAT OWNERS NOTE: There are a few public boat launch areas located near the property: Castle Rock County Park (closest), Castle Rock Dam Boat Launch, Yellow River Boat Access, Buckhorn Launch-Castle Rock Lake, and Launch D on Castle Rock Lake.

Other Things to Note:
Guests only have access to the lake from the backyard of the home, there is no launch point, or motorized watercrafts allowed on the lake. Kayaks, paddleboards, and floats are accessible. Access in and out are only available from the backyard.

Swimming in the lake is at your own risk.

No fires outside of the permitted fire pit/ring. No firewood provided, guests would need to bring their own.

If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.

Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.
