You'll have access to the entire apartment, as well as the Gym and Sauna located in the lobby of the building. Parking is offered depending on availability for an additional cost.

There are CCTVs along the hallways and common areas of the building for security reasons but rest assured that your unit doesn’t have any.

✦ HOUSE RULES✦

ZERO POLICY FOR PARTIES.
If a party is thrown, VRBO will cancel your reservation and ask you to leave without a refund.

1. All guests must be disclosed.
2. No parties or events allowed.
3. No Smoking or illegal substance inside house. Doing so will result in $1000 fee with extra cleaning fees.
4. Quiet hours: 10pm - 8am
5. Any damages caused to furniture/linens may be subject to charges for replacements.
6. Government-issued Photo ID is required upon booking confirmation.

✦PET RULES✦
1. 2 pets max allowed.
2. No pets on the furniture.
3. No pets left unattended.
4. Pick up pet waste.

➦This unit is PET friendly. If you are highly allergic to pets, we recommend you booking a unit that is Pet free.

Parking is available for $20 per night, subject to availability. Please let us know if you require it.

:::::::::::::LATE CHECKINS/CHECKOUTS:::::::::::::
Check-in is at 4pm, and check-out is at 11am.

➦Our cleaning team will arrive 11am sharp. Please ensure to check out on time. Late check outs without prior approval by our team will be charged $100/hour.

➦We do allow early check ins & late check outs for a maximum of 2 hours at $25/hour. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that it cannot be guaranteed as it depends on the departure time of previous guests and the cleaning schedule.

➦Cleanliness is of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

:::::::::::::MONTHLY STAY GUESTS:::::::::::::
➦We provide initial consumables. Once supplies are used up, we advise guests to replenish their own supplies.

:::::::::::::QUIET HOURS:::::::::::::
➦Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Your unit is located within an apartment building with other residents. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.

:::::::::::::SMOKING:::::::::::::
➦Smoking is NOT allowed inside the apartment. Absolutely no vaping/drugs of any kind indoors.

:::::::::::::NOISE & SMOKE MONITORING MACHINE:::::::::::::
➦For the comfort and safety of all our guests, our property is equipped with a noise and smoking monitoring device. Please note that:

➦Noise monitoring: This device tracks sound levels to ensure a peaceful environment but does not record audio for privacy. This to prevent loud parties & disturbances in the quiet residential neighborhood.

➦Smoking detection: The device monitors air quality for smoking or vaping activity, as smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If cleaners detect a smoke smell inside the unit during cleaning, you will be reported to VRBO - $1000 FINE

➦There is 1 camera positioned at the front door, facing the hallway. It is used for security purposes and to monitor the entryway.
