This first floor 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath is called the Sea Turtle, it features a brand new super comfortable QUEEN BED, large closet and Smart TV, extra large living area with sofa and another Smart TV, bathroom with walk in shower (includes body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, towels) beach towels and chairs, small kitchen table for 2, also 2 bar stools for the kitchen counter dining or hanging out and a FULL KITCHEN! Kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, keurig coffee maker, sink, fully stocked with kitchen utensils, dinnerware, silverware, cookware and more!

Brank new Mini Splits (A/C, Heat & dehumidifiers) will keep your unit as ICE COLD or as warm as YOU want to be!

The outside common space feels like you are in your own backyard with a brick patio with large covered grill, fire pit, water fountain and seating area for each unit, as well as larger tables with umbrellas for outside dining. Also, there's an outdoor shower to wash the sand off after a day at the beach. The common area also has beach toys, coolers and even beach wagons, available on a first come first serve basis.

Laundry facilities are also located in the common area for those who have longer stays.
