House Rules
- Smoking Is Only Allowed On The Balcony.
- No pets allowed.
- NO Smoking Inside the Apartment.
- DO NOT Move Any Article or Decoration From Your Place.
- NO Eating In The Rooms Or Outside The Dining Area Or Kitchen.
- DO NOT Dirty Or Break The Walls, Sheets Or Furniture Or Any Other Household Items
- Parties are NOT allowed inside the apartment
- NO MORE GUESTS ARE ALLOWED THAN THE QUANTITY ANNOUNCED IN THE RESERVATION.
- Only Allows Listening to Loud Music Until 10:30 PM
- If You Do Not Want To Clean The Apartment, Request {Cleaning Service} Additional Cost.
- If They Stain The Mattresses Or Any Fabric Of The Home Furniture, Additional Cost.
- If you have a visitor, ask security for the visitor's parking key.
- The cost for loss of keys is $50.
- The cost for parking outside your assigned parking is
$40.
