Marina Guest House

Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement! Ce bel appartement est au deuxième étage avec une vue souhaitable de la rivière Indian et des marais de marée. Nous sommes à distance de marche de la gare de Clinton, Cedar Island Marina et plusieurs restaurants. Nous sommes à 30 minutes en voiture de Yale, à 45 minutes en voiture des casinos et deux belles spas bien connues (Water's Edge et Saybrook Point) sont à 15-20 minutes en voiture. C'est l'endroit idéal pour un week-end romantique, un week-end entre filles ou une visite d'université. Notre appartement est situé dans une petite marina, amicale, maman et pop dans une belle zone résidentielle. Venez profiter!

La surface habitable de cet appartement est de 600 pieds carrés, avec une grande terrasse offrant une vue imprenable, parfait pour manger et se détendre. L'espace a été entièrement rénové (2018) et est clair, aéré et propre. Vous trouverez une cuisine entièrement équipée avec de nouveaux appareils (y compris un lave-vaisselle!)et une nouvelle salle de bain avec baignoire. Des comptoirs et des meubles faits sur mesure par le propriétaire complète l'espace. Il y a une chambre à coucher avec un lit queen size ainsi qu'un nouveau canapé-lit queen size. Les draps et les serviettes seront fournis. Il y a deux places de parking disponibles pour votre usage. S'il vous plaît noter que vous devez être capable de naviguer un plein escalier pour accéder à l'espace. WiFi est disponible. Un maximum de quatre (4) invités à la maison.

Le quartier a des trottoirs pour marcher facilement et en toute sécurité à de nombreux restaurants, la marina de la ville, ou juste une promenade du soir. Hammonasset State Park est à 10 minutes en voiture. (Utilisation gratuite de 2 kayaks ou paddleboards du Memorial Day au Labor Day uniquement. Le temps le permet.)

Nous vivons sur la propriété dans une maison individuelle séparée, nous sommes donc disponibles pour fournir des activités suggérées, répondre à vos questions ou répondre à tous les besoins qui peuvent survenir pendant votre séjour.

Nous exploitons une entreprise de location de kayak et de paddle bondée du Memorial Day à la fête du Travail. Il y a beaucoup d'activité, surtout le week-end. Pendant la saison morte, c'est une retraite paisible et relaxante pour un week-end.

Clinton Guest House

We spent ten days at the guest house. The location, close to the center of town, was perfect and we walked to the town dock and restaurants. We have stayed in several VRBOs and this is one of our favorites, we will definitely return on our next trip up to Connecticut!

Perfect location and great views. Kitchen was well stocked, but there are enough restaurants nearby if you don't want to cook. Décor was lovely, and the hosts had even put cut flowers in the kitchen. Would definitely stay again!

We had such a lovely time. Ann and Chris were so accommodating and the access to the kayaks was amazing! Everything was clean, the views over the river were really nice, and did we mention the kayaking? Cannot recommend this cottage more!

Better than expected!!

In visiting family for Memorial Day/birthday celebration and wanted to stay close to the family. Hotels were too far and we found this Ann and Chris's Indian River front property. It was our first time at a VRBO property and it did not disappoint!! Clean, quiet and quaint my husband and I had a marvelous time and will definitely be back!!

Fabulous!

This place is a slice of heaven! Spotless, cozy, and the pictures don’t do it justice. Our hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating and were very thoughtful. We were in town for a family funeral and the accommodations were perfect. We loved the views over the marsh and we had everything we could have needed and more. We can’t wait to come back in the warmer months.

Family vacation

We couldn't have been happier with Ann and Chris' house! The view off the deck was beautiful! My husband, girls, and I had a great time kayaking and my daughter tried paddle boarding for the first time and loved it! So close to lots of stores and things to do. We highly recommend staying here!! Ann and Chris, as well as their staff at Indian River Kayaks, were extremely friendly!!

Just Right!

This well-designed, fully equipped, and meticulously maintained guest house is comfortable in every way. Ann and Chris are perfect hosts- good communicators and thoughtful. We loved the location- walking distance to restaurants and shops and close to Hammonasset State Park. We enjoyed the Indian River both from the outside deck and from kayaks. This spot is a birder's paradise.

Two days couple trip to Clinton CT

What an incredible experience. Booked based on the ratings and all the reviews and this property/ location did not disappoint!! Chris and Anne are fantastic hosts and both went out of their way to introduce themselves. The kayaking experience was definitely a bonus and some fantastic exercise. This is a scenic location, easily drivable to Old Saybrook and beautiful Mystic CT. If we come back, with would like to stay again. This cottage is a prefect place for couples and arguably one of the top VRBO we have stayed. Thanks for the great stay. Mike and Suzie.

Ann and Chris are the best hosts and the apartment is lovely. I so enjoyed being right on Indian River and watching the sunrises. Every amenity was available and I know if I needed anything else Chris or Ann would have made it happen. Stay in Clinton

Ann and Chris were so understanding and accommodating after Hurricane Ian messed up our travel plans. We stayed in constant communication and they even offered to do some grocery shopping knowing the time crunch we had to get to a wedding! We brought nasty weather with us but other than that it was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed! Thank you for your hospitality Ann and Chris!!!

Fantastic New England Cottage!

Ann and Chris were great with communication before and during the visit. The cottage has a wonderful New England feel and the view is spectacular! It was a great place for me, my husband and son to stay while visiting family and friends. We got to go out paddling, enjoy the views and relax. The BBQ on the deck and full kitchen made for easy meals when we didn’t feel like eating out. There was plenty of room for the three of us to relax when the weather wasn’t cooperating. All around a great stay! Would definitely come back!

Fun, Relaxing and Very Enjoyable!

We had gone to Clinton for a family event and the guest house was perfect! The atmosphere was so warm, welcoming, and "immaculate plus", clean-clean-clean. The view was breath taking and loved watching the birds and ducks. The décor was in great taste and had beautiful wood touches. We had everything and more from small first aid kit, spices and coffee--everything we could have possibly needed. The Owners went out of their way to make sure we felt welcomed. Would definitely go back

Gorgeous Indian River Rental

Ann and Chris are so kind and have done a wonderful job on this rental. I am admittedly a high maintenance, very picky traveler. This is the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. The bed is very comfortable, as well as the bedding. I was expecting a thin quilt, but it was a nice, thick cozy comforter. It's in a great location, close to so many things and very quiet at night, and the view over the Indian River is gorgeous (I already miss it)! Ann and Chris have even included snacks, water, shampoo, conditioner, and even a sweet note, which was so thoughtful. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in the area and I hope to be back soon!!!
