The living room is perfect for relaxing and watching some TV with the family or enjoying conversation.
The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, the second bedroom has a Queen, and the third bedroom has a full over full bunkbed.

This home comes with a standard 4 Passenger golf cart. OUR GOLF CARTS ARE NOT PERMITTED OUTSIDE OF OCEAN LAKES, WE DO NOT CARRY INSURANCE FOR THAT. Â IF YOU VIOLATE THIS RULE YOUR WHOLE GROUP WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE OUR RENTAL PROPERTY. Also No one under the age of 21 is permitted to drive our golfcarts. If you are caught, you may be asked to leave. Our Insurance does not cover anyone under 21 years of age.
FYI - THE CLEANING FEE YOU PAY TO STAY IN OUR RENTAL PROPERTY IS FOR SANITIZING AND BASIC CLEANING WHEN YOU DEPART, NOT FOR THROWING FOOD AND TRASH EVERYWHERE OR DEFECATING AND URINATING SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN THE TOILET.
**Richeson Properties charges a third party fee if you book through VRBO and we also charge a credit card processing fee if you use a credit card to pay for your booking.
Ocean Lakes amenities include nearly 1 mile of Oceanfront property, 24 hour gated security, Large Swimming Pool, water park including Lazy River, children's splash zone, water slides, indoor pool, arcade, mini golf, basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, horseshoes, corn toss, fishing, scheduled activities, ping pong, family ceramics, 3 playgrounds, nature center, Sandy's Meet and Eat, and much more!
