There is a shared foot road that does go thru the front of this property between the house and the lake. Foot traffic only is allowed to use this road.

Our property is thoughtfully designed as a peaceful family retreat, ideal for those seeking relaxation. In keeping with this atmosphere, we kindly ask that the home is not used for events, parties, large gatherings, or reunions as outlined in our rental agreement and house rules.

To ensure comfort for everyone, we ask that the total number of people—both guests and visitors—does not exceed the maximum capacity of 8. We have just a few simple house rules that reflect this family-focused setting, and as long as they’re respected, guests can expect a tranquil, hassle-free stay.

Fee Transparency
At Stilled Water Property Management, we believe in being clear and upfront with our guests. While Airbnb’s system rolls all fees into a single nightly rate, it unfortunately hides the detailed breakdown of costs. To keep things fully transparent, we want you to know exactly what is included in your stay. Below is a complete outline of the standard fees and surcharges that make up your total reservation cost. We share this so you can feel confident knowing exactly what you are paying for—no surprises, just peace of mind and a smooth booking experience.

1. 15.5% AirBnB Service Fee
2. $165 - Cleaning Fee for the professional cleaners
3. $110 - Linen fee for the Laundry Mat
4. $15 - Travel Damage Insurance Policy that applies to each guests stay
5. $10 Credit Card Processing Charge for Lynbrook, our third party company that facilitates the Security Deposit holds for us.

All guests are required to fill out and sign our electronic rental agreement to complete and finalize reservation. The Rental Agreement will be sent to guests thru the OwnerRez system after initiating the booking with VRBO. Additional guest information beyond VRBO requirements may be requested.
