Please note** All bookings must be made before 1:00 AM so we can verify your reservation and add you to the Geokey app for secure building and unit access. Bookings made after this time may not be eligible for same-day/night check-in.

While our business is family-run behind the scenes, we also have a dedicated Guest Communication Team available daily from 8:00 AM to 1:00 AM to assist with check-in, check-out, unit access, extensions, and any questions you may have. You can easily reach them via phone or through the app.

🔐 Guest Verification & Security Deposit Options

To ensure a smooth and secure check-in, all guests are required to complete a quick verification process through Enso Connect’s Boarding Pass, a trusted third-party service. This step is part of standard rental compliance and helps us create a safe and seamless experience for everyone.

As part of this process, you’ll choose one of the following options:
✔ Refundable $500 Security Deposit (with a $15 processing fee)
✔ Non-Refundable $35 Damage Waiver

This measure protects both you and our property during your stay.
