Welcome to Cozy White Cabin
From the moment you arrive, you'll be charmed by the warmth and spacious feel of this beautiful retreat in Broken Bow. With accommodations for up to 12 guests (max 10 adults), the cabin is designed for both relaxation and fun, offering plenty of space for families and groups.

Main Living Area
Step inside to soaring ceilings and an open-concept layout. The living room features a plush leather sectional, perfect for gathering around the stone fireplace or enjoying a movie night. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, complete with a large island and dining table for group meals.
For longer stays, two sets of washers and dryers, plus an iron and ironing board, make life easier.

Downstairs:
2 King bedrooms with ensuite baths (double vanities + walk-in showers)
1 full guest bathroom with shower
Upstairs:
2 King bedrooms with ensuite baths (single vanities + makeup counters + walk-in showers)
Loft with 2 Twin-over-Full bunks (bottom bunks for adults, top bunks for children only)

Upstairs Loft & Entertainment
The loft doubles as a second living area, with two leather sofas, shuffleboard, and a retro arcade console. French doors open onto a private balcony with rocking chairs—perfect for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

Outdoor Living
Unwind in the large hot tub or sauna, roast marshmallows by the firepit, or catch the game on the back deck's Smart TV.

Location
The cabin is just minutes from Hochatown's best restaurants and Broken Bow Lake. Roads in the area are gravel but easily drivable.

Seasonal Note: Wasp Activity 🐝
From late fall through spring, wasps may gather on rooftops for warmth. They're generally harmless, but please keep doors and windows closed. Wasp spray is under the kitchen sink (do not spray near furniture).
