Apartment Access / Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in is from 3 PM onwards. Check-out time is before 11 AM.

• Early check-in (from 9 AM), subject to availability with no additional cost.

• Late check-out (before 1 PM), subject to availability with no additional cost.

• Passport copies of all the guests staying in the apartment are required to have security access pass to the building.



Cleaning & house-keeping

• Cleaning Fee applies to the post check-out cleaning only.

• If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact us to book the service and request quotes.

• If you require the sofa beds to be made up please notify us no later than 48 hours prior to check-in.
