Grande maison de la cĂŽte du New Jersey bien entretenue avec air central Ă  seulement 2 pĂątĂ©s de maisons du trottoir et des plages d’Atlantic City. La maison a une cuisine moderne avec des appareils modernes, une salle Ă  manger complĂšte supplĂ©mentaire, un salon avec une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision, quatre chambres Ă  coucher, dont deux avec salle de bains avec un total de 3 1/2 salles de bains. Il y a un porche avant et arriĂšre qui peut ĂȘtre utilisĂ© pour se divertir ou tout simplement se dĂ©tendre aprĂšs une journĂ©e Ă  la plage. Great Place

Great place and host. The very clean house has a nice, practical layout and everything you need for your stay, including beach gear. Very quiet block and quick walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and shopping as well.

Would stay there again!

This house had everything we needed. Enough room for all of us, use of laundry and the grill, using the beach cart and chairs made it easy to be on the beach. We had coffee on the large, covered porch every morning and the kids used the deck. It was easy to contact Paul and he was great to work with!

Great stay. The home exceeded my expectations.

The house was clean and updated. Bedrooms were inviting and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Location was great near the beach and AC hotels but still in a quiet area. Check in instructions were straight forward and the owner communicated well through the booking, check in and check out. Will definitely stay again.

Immaculate house, incredible host

We were in town for the Ironman 70.3. Our host, Paul, could not have been kinder and more accommodating. The location is perfect for the IM event and the house is spotless. Super clean, very spacious. Highly recommended. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Week in July

Property is exactly as seen in all pictures - just beautiful with great outdoor space. We cooked on the grill and played Cornhole. It's a VERY short walk to the boardwalk and beach which was perfect for us. The beach area there is awesome! It's clean and not too crowded at all. Paul was very attentive at check-in and quick to help when we had a little trouble with the TV. It's a great place to stay!

Great Home in AC

We had a GREAT stay at this house! There were 7 adults in my group, in town for a wedding. We had more than enough room to hang out together or spread out for quiet time. The beach was only about 10 minutes walking and there are chairs + umbrella at the house. We also got some good dim sum from a place Paul recommended and really tasty donuts from a bakery a few blocks away. Would definitely recommend staying here and we will be back!

Wonderful Stay in Atlantic City

The property was well maintained and very clean. The owner was there at check in and showed us the property and what we had access to. He had everything ready for us. There were some nice extras so my family and I did not have to enjoy dragging extra beach towels, beach chairs and even a cart to transport things to the beach. Loved the house and the kitchen was better stocked than any other VRBO I have stayed at.

Engagement Family meet up

This property was absolutely perfect. From the start the owner communicated with me the entire process and throughout the stay. Access was super easy. The house itself is super clean, huge, many bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms. All around perfect. We porch sat many nights and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Location was awesome. Beach one block east and the intercostal 1 block to the west. Easy access to everywhere we needed to go. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to be in the is area.

This house is epic!

Paul's home is a great place to stay in Ventnor, 10 minute walk from the boardwalk with everything a group could want. Tons of space, grill, back and front porches were all used well - it rained one of the days we were there and we hung out on the front porch the whole time. It was awesome! Went to the beach the next day using the umbrella and beach chairs provided by Paul. I would recommend this place to anyone, it was still affordable for the group and would absolutely go back. 10/10

Beautiful house, Great location

House was super clean! Wife is a clean freak and travels with own cleaning supplies, she walked in house and never had to clean a thing! Everything in VRBO description is 100% accurate! Pushing a beach cart full of umbrellas, chairs etc it took less than 6 minutes to walk to the beach. Beach is beautiful - one of the nicest I’ve seen. Short drive to Atlantic City casinos - less than 5 minutes - but if your not into gambling or have teens like we do I’d suggest taking the 15 minute drive to Ocean City - many more food/shopping options. We also drove to Seaside Heights - appx. 1 hour - our kids liked that better but to me they were just about the same. Paul the owner is the best! Any questions I had I got a text/call back within minutes. I would highly recommend this house to anyone!

70.3 Half Ironman Weekend w/ Family Support

As a family this was our first time renting a property we usually stay in hotels but or competing in a 70.3 half Iron Man I am very specific to my nutrition and hydration and figured that the full kitchen would be super helpful plus logistics with our children. Paul was so helpful call/ text available to answer any questions especially with check in/ out. The home itself the pictures did not do it justice it was beautifully decorated, so well taken care of, so clean. It was so helpful also having linens and towels beer already on the beds and available to use. (I know many rental properties do not have that and you need to bring your own. ) Our boys (8 and 5) appreciated that they could use our own login to Netflix for the evening since we usually watch a specific show or choose a movie on Fridays. We all appreciated parking in the driveway vs the tight street. The location was closer than I thought to the start and end of my race at Bader Field & Boardwalk Hall on the boardwalk. Uber was also easy for the evening without having to worry about parking and staying safe. The weather of our weekend was perfect and so was my celebratory glass of wine as well as morning tea on the front porch! If you have the opportunity to stay here, you would love it! Each of our family members (including my parents) all said if we came back we would stay here again! Thank you so much Paul for a comfortable stay with all the amenities of home.

Fantastic all around

I had the privilege of staying at Paul's property with my family, which includes a 4 year old and a 2 year old. The property was exactly as described and we had a wonderful week staying there. The beach is a short walk and is huge and not crowded, which was ideal for our little family. Ocean City boardwalk was a short 25 min drive away and was perfect afternoon activities for our young children between the waterpark and the amusement park. Paul was a perfect host and was very attentive to our needs during our stay. He was quick to respond whenever I had a question, and was also very understanding when my son disappeared the garage key for a few days. Luckily it turned up. Absolute 5 star experience to the extent that my wife and I are discussing a repeat of our vacation next summer. Highly recommended!

Yearly Friends Beach Trip

This house was perfect for our group this year. House is fully stocked with all the amenities you will ever need at the beach. Walking distance to the beach and a short car or bike ride to AC and Margate City restaurants, shops, night life and the always needed mini golf and ice cream.

We had a great time renting out Paul’s property. The house is just two blocks from the beach, and it has a perfectly-sized yard. The place was immaculately clean and had plenty of room. Can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Covid july 4th

Beaches werent crowded until july 3rd -4th. Neighborhood was very residential but a little sketchy a few blocks away. House is very well maintained but a little formal for beach house, we were cautious not to make messes. Landlord very nice to work with, helpful, friendly neighbors also.

My family traces its Atlantic City roots back to the days of the steel pier. My grandparents built the house and my mother, who still resides there, splits her time between AC and and North Carolina. I was a lifeguard for years in neighboring Ventnor City, rowed at Temple University and now reside with my family in central Jersey. We use the house regularly, still building family memories we cherish.
