The space
Our stunning 4000 sq.ft. home is designed for comfort, function, and memorable moments for large groups:

🍽️ Dining & Kitchen:
A magnificent 20-foot long live-edge dining table seats 18-20 guests.
A matching two-tier counter can serve as a breakfast bar or buffet.
The large, functional kitchen includes a 3x8 foot movable island for extra work, serving, or eating space.
Two refrigerators and a very large food pantry are available for all your culinary needs.
🛏️ Bedrooms: Five well-appointed bedrooms are furnished with four single beds and multiple single and double bunk beds, able to comfortably accommodate 10 guests.
🚽 Bathrooms: Three full bathrooms with tubs and showers, plus one powder room which also doubles as a laundry room.
📚 Unique Mezzanine: Our unique mezzanine is a versatile hideaway, furnished with two computers and a comfy couch. It's perfect for those seeking a quiet space to read, a private nook to meditate, or for the little ones, it's a dream hangout for a memorable sleepover – just pack their sleeping bags and favorite PJs!

🍖 Concrete Patio: A large concrete patio is ideal for sitting, relaxing, or grilling.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home and specific outdoor areas:

➡️ Check-in: 4:00 PM onwards.
⬅️ Check-out: 10:00 AM sharp.
🔄 Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Available upon request and subject to availability. Please inquire beforehand.
🏡 Entire House: Guests have full access to the entire 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath home.
🅿️ Ample Parking: Parking is available for a half-dozen cars.
🚧 Landscaping Note: Please be aware that the land immediately around the house is still being landscaped and may not be fully usable at this time.

🐾 Pet Policy
We're happy to welcome furry family members to The Perfect Family Getaway, with a few important guidelines:

🐶 Dogs Only: We welcome dogs, but no cats, please 🚫🐈.
🚫🛋️ No Furniture: Please ensure your furry friends stay off the furniture or beds. A $150 cleaning fee will apply for any excess pet hair found on furniture or beds.
💲 Pet Fee: A per-pet fee applies.
💬 Prior Notification: Please contact us prior to booking with your pet's details to ensure everything is a good fit.
Other things to note
We want all our guests to have a wonderful and respectful stay at The Perfect Family Getaway. Please take a moment to review our house rules:

🧍‍♀️🧍‍♂️ Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is 14 guests. Please ensure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate, as no undeclared extra guests are permitted.
🚭 Smoking: Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are allowed inside the property.
🎉🚫 Parties & Events: This property is for quiet enjoyment only; no parties or events are permitted.
💡 Property Care: We kindly ask that you treat our home with respect and report any damages or issues promptly. Help us conserve energy by turning off lights and the AC/heating when leaving the property.
🚽 Plumbing Care: Absolutely no wipes or female products should be flushed down the toilet. A $200 fee will apply for any plumbing blockages caused by these items.

Ideal Event Venue: This home is also the perfect venue for office retreats, training courses, conferences, engagement parties, wedding receptions, family reunions, or funerals. Please inquire about details for hosting events.
Optional Animal Enclosure/Barn: A large animal enclosure and barn are available on the property for an additional fee if you are traveling with animals or would like to incorporate a petting zoo or farm animals into your event. Please inquire for details.
Optional Kayak Excursion: Discover the Sapelo River with our kayaks! 8 kayaks are available for a 90-minute excursion for an additional fee, launched off a dock on our property. Please inquire for details and booking.
Optional Sister Property Farm Visit: For an additional fee, you can enjoy a 1-hour visit at our sister property, just 1 mile away! See our herd of alpacas, feed our friendly donkey, visit our duck pond, and watch our flock of free-range chickens wander around. Please inquire for details.
Local Amenities: A local grocery store and restaurants are within 1.5 miles.
