NOUVELLE LISTE. Détendez-vous au bord de la piscine, dégustez vos repas en plein air et admirez le coucher de soleil depuis cette charmante maison avec vue sur la baie de Boca Ciega. C'est la Floride vivant à son meilleur. Entourez-vous de plantes luxuriantes de Floride et profitez de la vue. Vous verrez des dauphins, des lamantins, des balbuzards, des pélicans et bien plus encore depuis votre terrasse arrière.

La cour arrière est directement sur la baie. Il ya une piscine carrelée unique, une douche extérieure en plein air luxuriante avec des plantes topiques pour ajouter de l'intimité, une pergola ombragée pour sortir du soleil et un grand patio ouvert. Il y a une clôture autour de la piscine et le long du mur de la mer pour assurer la sécurité des enfants. La cour avant est très grande avec une allée en pierre sinueuse, plus de 30 palmiers et de belles plantes indigènes à fleurs.

A l'intérieur, réveillez-vous chaque matin à une vue sur l'eau de la grande suite parentale avec 2 grands placards. La salle de bains principale récemment rénovée dispose d'un bain à remous et d'une pomme de douche à effet pluie. La deuxième chambre est un lit double et la troisième chambre a deux lits superposés. La grande cuisine ouverte / salon a une vue sur l'eau. La cuisine a une grande île avec salle à manger et des tonnes de stockage. Il y a aussi une "salle de la Floride" regardant vers la baie pour manger à l'intérieur.

Our stay

This is a wonderful place to stay. The owners were very helpful when i called with a question. The place was very clean. The view was a gorgeous. We would go back and stay again the next time we go to florida.

Great ambience and plenty of room

The property was incredible! It's centrally located to great restaurants and incredible beaches. The size of the house and beautiful pool allowed versatility during our stay. The owners were very quick to resolve any issues that arose and were proactive in making things right.

What an amazing house! We have been coming to this area for 10+yrs and this is the BEST place we have stayed. Nice neighborhood, great location, beautiful & spacious house, pool was wonderful! We will definitely rent again next year!!

We had a great time at this property. The neighborhood was quaint and quite. The waterfront view was breathtaking and the pool was a nice added bonus. The owner was very responsive when we had a heating issue with the pool. I would recommend and would stay again.

A Reason to give Thanks!

The property was perfect for a family gathering. The view with dolphin, osprey and manatees thrilled us all. The pool was heated and delightful. Best vacation imaginable. Morgan the property manager was available and helpful.

Amazing sunsets

Our recent visit was the second time we stayed in this home. It has a great location in a quiet neighborhood. The waterfront view is spectacular. The hosts are very responsive and easy to contact. This home is comfortable with wonderful outdoor space.

The pool and view are what makes the property

The place had everything we needed. It’s in need of some new furniture in the living room and window repair in the master bedroom. The driveway needs some lighting as the main light was not operational. The pool area is in need of table umbrellas very hot in the afternoon and no shade. We loved seeing the manitees and dolphins right off the dock. It’s close to many restrictions and shopping.

Great view but needs work

This house would have been good if it didn’t smell so bad. Very strong odor of mold and mildew. We had the doors open when we could to get some fresh air. Also we had to cover the dirty couches with sheets before we could sit on them. Beds were not comfortable. Need to be replaced along with the couches. The location, the view and size of the house were all amazing! Outdoor space was awesome!! This property could be perfect if those issues were fixed.

Beautiful Sunrise/Sunsets on the bay

My family really enjoyed the location of this property. It is very close to the beach but we really enjoyed hanging out by the pool, watching the sun light up the buildings across the bay in the morning and the beautiful sunsets at night. At low tide there are always a variety of birds just off the back deck looking for food. We had fun using the provided kayaks to paddle around the bay (my favorite part). We also enjoyed opening up the french doors during the day to breath in the fresh air. The owners are super friendly and responsive. Because we stayed over Christmas, I choose to not bother them about the one item which needed attention which is that the kitchen cabinets need a deep spring cleaning. I let them know the day we were leaving so the could tell their cleaning staff to focus on that area. Assuming that has been addressed, I would give them 5 stars.

Family vacation

The house was spacious, the decor was very eclectic an the overall house could use an update. It didn’t appear the home was being taken care of as there is mold on the ceiling vents, which could be a health concern. The furniture an decor is a thrift store look. The pool was not cleaned the day we arrived an no one came the week we were there. The oven is very small an would not hold a sheet pan or multiple dishes. The positives were the beds were comfortable, the kitchen works for a large group, they had pool toys, a kayak an beach chairs an the beaches are nearby. Your paying for the bay water views. If a water view isn’t a priority I’d look for another house. I was very disappointed that the charge per night is significantly higher than advertised with many unnamed additional fees. Example $550 additional charges but there’s no explanation what it’s for. I paid more than $1,000 than the advertised price. No fees are refundable. Overall disappointed.

Couldn't be Happier :)

This is a wonderful classy home with lots of personal touches throughout. The outdoor space is amazing with a pool and quality patio furniture for enjoying the sunsets. The indoor space is great too with a huge kitchen, DR and LR. It was very comfortable for my family of five adults. It's truly a gem of a location being on the water in an upscale neighborhood close to stores and restaurants, and a quick drive to the beaches and downtown St Pete. Host was terrific and caring with great communication!

The house met expctations

Overall, we were pleased. The house is in reasonable condition; same for the pool. The bay view was the best. Houses on both sides were in bad need of dock repairs. While it's not your owner's fault, It's still detracting from the overall experience. Lastly, Florida drivers rank right down there with Houston drivers: reckeless and rude.One visit was enough.

Amazing home, perfect location.

We absolutely loved our week at Jungle Terrace! The home was amazing, we especially enjoyed the backyard, pool and views over the Inter-Coastal. The location is just across the causeway from the beach and great restaurants, although, we found ourselves taking advantage of the home’s amenities most. Morgan was very responsive with any questions we had but we really didn’t need much due to the listing being very accurate We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach getaway and will likely be back ourselves as we visit the Tampa area regularly.

Great Family House

This house was super spacious and perfect for our family. Plenty of room to let the little ones spread out while the older one was swimming. Pool is so nice and overlooks the bay. The owner was super responsive to any questions we had. We would def stay there again and recommend it to anyone looking to relax and enjoy some quality time with the family.

Wonderful Getaway!!

This house is in a very quiet upscale neighborhood surrounded by palm trees and native foliage. The yard is completely surrounded with trees making it very private. The view was spectacular, we loved watching the sunset every evening and playing in the pool in the afternoon. There are many things close by including a Target, Walmart, Publix, a mini putt course and two beaches, all within about 10 minutes. If you're planning to do the Pier, zoo, aquarium and Busch Gardens, you're within reasonable driving distance, 30-60 min. Within the house the layout is perfect and very spacious. The house forms a U shape and in the middle is the outdoor living space with three doors to that area. No matter where you are in the house you feel like you're steps from outside which was amazing. Within each bedroom there is a hamper which is very helpful and the laundry is located right outside the kitchen area in the garage - both machines are modern and worked well. The beds were very comfortable and the house was clean. The pool was warm and clean (there will always be a few leaves in there from the breeze but nothing you can't skim out quickly). The outdoor shower was great after playing in the pool or coming home from the beach. We were very pleasantly surprised by all of the kids toys and stuffies there for guest use, the kids loved it! And if you're stuck at home on a rainy day there are at least a dozen board games and tons of books to choose from! In terms of the kitchen there is a coffee maker and a Kurig. There is also glass food storage and the owner keeps it stocked with foil, sandwich bags and plastic wrap. There are plenty of pots and pans. The only thing I would say is that the oven is slightly smaller than the average size which won't affect you unless you had grand plans to serve up a Thanksgiving dinner (the turkey will fit but no sides). Otherwise the kitchen is HUGE with tons of prep space. If you're planning to head to the beach Madiera beach is about 10 minutes away and Treasure Island is even closer. The owner has beach chairs, toys and a beach umbrella as well as a few cooler options. There are also plenty of beach towels. They also have two kayaks (and life jackets), two boogie boards and an inflatable for the pool which was fun. I think there was a paddle board there as well but we didn't use it so I'm not 100% on that. I can't say enough good things about this property, we really felt like we were at home and were so sad to leave!!

Wonderful family getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at Jungle Terrace. The property is immaculate, with great views, well appointed, excellent location (beaches handy drive, great boatramp options nearby, shops, etc). The hosts were great - had a minor hiccup with maintenance at it was promptly addressed. Highly recommended stay for families.

Relaxing stay on the bay

We enjoyed our Spring Break at this house. It was relaxing and quiet. A great location, within 20-30 minutes of many beaches and attractions.
