Downtown Gulfport Cooled Pool
Welcome to your perfect beach escape! This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home is just three blocks from the sandy shores, steps from Gulfport downtown, offering the ideal blend of comfort and convenience. Recently updated, the home features stylish decor, a fully equipped kitchen, and inviting living spaces designed for relaxation. A beautiful new pool surrounded by a serene patio, perfect for lounging and enjoying sunny Florida days.
This duplex is a one level residence. It is marked as unit B. There are no steps to enter the residence. House has one queen bed, two twin beds, full kitchen, one full bathroom, living room and patio for six people to seat and relax by the pool. Outside, we have a gas grill and two lounge chairs to relax. This house is fully fenced.
*Splash Pool
The splash pool is saltwater, it`s four feet deep and it can be heated and cooled. The pool is shared with the other side of the duplex but there is a fence between your side and other side of the pool. Both sides have their own private pool area.
******Please note, the pool temperature is highly affected by outside temperature. If the nights are cold, the pool temperature will not reach the desirable temperature during the day. The pool temperature will go down at night and start warming up during the early morning hours. We strive to make the pool temperature in the mid 80âs however, it is significantly dependent on the outside temperature. ******

**BRAND NEW beautiful in-ground heated/cooled pool. It`s a great outdoor space to soak up some sun and relax!
8.Patio
The seating area, grill, and two lounge chairs.
There is a weekly pool service that comes in on Thursdays and they have a gate access as well. There is an extra propane tank on the porch for the outdoor grill if needed. Please note, there is also a screened-in private porch.
9. Parking is located in the rear of the residence. It is accessed via the alley between 27th Ave or 28th Ave.
*Please note any stay over 22 days or longer will require an additional cleaning fee which guests will be required to pay in order to ensure the home maintains its cleanliness standards.
*We provide regular beach towels as well as regular towels. Two beach chairs, one umbrella and a cooler.
*All cleaning products in the unit are only starters. These items should last for a couple of days.
*You are in the heart of the Gulfport Community WALKING distance to everything you will want to do for your vacation. The beach is three blocks down the street. (address Shore Blvd.)
1. Gulfport farmers fresh market is held every Tuesday morning and the first Saturday of each month one block away in the center of downtown.
2. Gulfport Art walk is held First Friday and Third Saturday every month.
3. Two local Markets three blocks away.
4. Many amazing family-owned breakfast, lunch, dinner restaurants, and bars.
5. Coffee shops, Kava Shop, Vegan Deli.
6. Eclectic shops with local art and keepsakes.
7. Community services like the library, the senior center, recreation center, the playhouse, and the dog park.
8. Basketball courts, the pier and the beach.
9. City of Gulfport Municipal Marina.
10. Gulfport Historical Museum.
11. Wood Ibis Park, Hoyt Park, Clymer Park, Clam Bayou Nature Park.
12. Twin Brooks Golf Courses.
13. Gecko Art Show, Gecko Art Crawl, and Gecko Ball are all held in August.
14. Beach Bums` Volleyball tournaments throughout the year.
15. First Fridays are held in downtown St. Pete monthly where you can walk the city with open containers. Downtown St. Petersburg is a 15-minute uber ride from Gulfport.
The residence is located 5 miles from the St. Pete Beaches.
Keyless entry to the home is provided via a digital kay pad. A unique code is provided for each stay, and all previously used codes are deactivated to ensure safety and security.
NO cameras inside the house or around the pool area.
Please note pool service comes once a week. The days vary but itâs usually Thursday or Friday.
STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS: No refunds will be given for storms. Beach weather can be unpredictable, if there is no sun you are not entitled to a refund. If there is a government/state issued emergency for a Hurricane a full refund is available.
IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS, ANYTHING NOT WORKING OR INOPERABLE DURING YOUR STAY YOU MUST NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY/ OR WHEN IT FIRST OCCURS. IF YOU WAIT UNTIL THE DAY YOU CHECK OUT OR AFTER YOU CHECK OUT THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.
Do not, under any circumstance, disturb neighbors with loud noise and music during your stay. There is a noise ordinance on the beaches, 10p.m. to 8a.m. that is strictly enforced.
1. Cleanliness is a high priority for our listings, please respect the house and clean up after yourself. We clean and disinfect the house before each arrival for your comfort.
2. Trash pick-up is on Monday and Friday mornings. If your stay falls on one of these days. We would greatly appreciate it if you place your garbage in the bins in the alley on the previous evening. Recycling is Friday only.
3. Yard cleaning and pool maintenance are conducted weekly. The pool cleaning staff will access the pool area via the gate in the back of the home. Maintenance takes about 20 minutes. Following maintenance, guests may need to refrain from using the pool for about 30 minutes.
4. Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
5. Check out is at 10:00am, please be on time to departure from the home, if you are leaving earlier, please let us know.
