Welcome to your Venice getaway at Fairway Villa 204, a bright and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in the beautiful Wellen Park Golf & Country Club. With 1,393 sq. ft. of living space, this home offers the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and resort amenities.
Step inside to find an open living and dining area that flows seamlessly onto a private screened lanai overlooking the lush fairways, the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset relaxation. A second lanai off the primary suite provides a quiet retreat with its own tranquil golf course view, ideal for reading or unwinding in the evening breeze.
Guests enjoy full access to the communityâs resort-style amenities, including a heated pool and hot tub with cabanas, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball, a fitness center, and a full-service spa (appointment required). Golfers will love the public 18-hole course and pro shop, while everyone can unwind at the on-site tiki bar and restaurant.
Beach towels are provided in the condo, with beach chairs and gear conveniently stored in the garage so youâre ready for a day at nearby Venice beaches.
Located just minutes from downtown Venice, shopping, dining, and seasonal events, Fairway Villa 204 comfortably sleeps four guests and provides the perfect base for a Gulf Coast escape.
Important Rental Terms:
â Minimum stay: 30 days (per HOA requirements).
â Maximum stay: 90 days (guests may re-apply for an additional stay).

Pool and Hot Tub Use
Properties with pool and or hot tub use at your own risk. No diving, running, or horseplay. Children must be supervised at all times when using the pool or hot tub. No glass containers in the pool area.
