We’re glad to hear the accommodations worked well for your group of 6 adults and 3 children, but we’re sorry that some of the details and communication surrounding your stay fell short of expectations. Regarding the construction, we understand your concern. We were made aware of the construction later than we would have liked, and we have since updated all of our listings with the construction information so future guests have greater transparency when making their reservations. We also appreciate your comments about the unit photos, floor location, televisions, garbage bags, and the master bathroom. We understand how having more specific information about the exact unit and its amenities can help guests know what to expect before arrival.
