This roomy 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is perfect for families headed to the beach, tournaments at the Orange Beach Sportsplex, or concerts and events at The Wharf. Youâre less than 3 miles to both the Cotton Bayou Public Beach Access and The Wharf, with shops, dining, and entertainment close by.

New construction with tasteful coastal décor and practical layout:
Main level features a comfortable living room with sleeper sofa and plenty of seating, a dedicated dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen for easy meals.
A convenient half bath serves the main level.
A small back patio includes a grill and outdoor loveseatâideal for morning coffee or evening unwinding.
Attached 1-car garage provides covered parking and easy unloading.
