âą No Pets (Unless Approved): Pets are not permitted unless pre-approved in writing. If authorized, a âŹ500 refundable deposit and âŹ200 cleaning fee will be required.
âą Lost Keys: A âŹ200 replacement fee will apply for any lost or stolen keys.
âą Waste Disposal: Guests are required to follow the waste management instructions posted in the property, using correct bins or purple bags for recycling, general waste, and glass.
âą Energy Use: All utilities are included, but guests are encouraged to conserve energy and adopt environmentally friendly practices.
âą We provide cutlery and cooking utensils, salt, but no oils and condiments.
âą We provide Baby cot free of cost.
