Welcome to The Big Kahuna! We bought the most amazing beach house we’ve ever seen and we want to share it with you. Our beach house towers over Surf City with unbelievable 360-degree views from its 2 rooftop decks. From the main living area, you can see from Virginia to South Carolina (well, not quite), Sunrise to Sunset, without stepping outside. And we've turned it into the most incredible family-fun beach house, perfect for multi-family vacations, reunions, or corporate retreats. We’ve filled it with high-end finishes, and we’ve just added a fantastic game room/video game lounge (BYO systems) so kids can carve out their own space. We have Cornhole, 2 Stand Up Paddleboards, Four (4x) Fat Tire Bikes, KanJam, Poleski Bottle Bash/Beersbee, Bocce, Spikeball and a competition-grade beach volleyball net system. And when the sun goes down, the F-U-N amps up at The Big Kahuna with our regulation Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, Golf Putting Green, and Rooftop Hot Tub taking Center Stage. We’re working hard to make this the vacation home of our dreams, one that our friends & family will never forget; and it can be that for you and yours as well! Oh, and we’ve just built one of the largest pools on the island, complete with tanning ledge & LED fountain, loungers, in-pool cocktail table banquette, with poolside hanging chairs & swing. *The private pool can be heated for an additional fee in April, May, September, and October. The heated pool option is unavailable from June - August and November - March. Please note, that the pool heater will only heat 10 degrees warmer than the outside temperature (forecasted low). Please contact us to add the heated pool fee to your reservation.
