Cette villa joliment décorée de deux chambres, deux salles de bains a une cuisine pleine grandeur et un salon / salle à manger combinée. La chambre principale a un lit queen, la deuxième chambre une paire de lits jumeaux et il y a un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Le balcon de la salle de séjour a une vue directe sur l'océan. Chaque unité dans Ocean Dunes a un service Internet sans fil et l'accès à la "nouvelle" piscine en bord de mer et aire de pique-nique. Ocean Dunes est situé sur l'extrémité sud de l'île le long de South Forest Beach Drive et à une courte distance de Coligny Plaza et le Coligny Beach Park. Le complexe Ocean Dunes est une propriété en bord de mer qui se trouve à environ 70 mètres de l'océan. En plus des piscines, nos clients bénéficient d'un service Internet sans fil gratuit et d'un acc��s au centre de remise en forme du Players Club, qui comprend un centre d'entraînement complet et une piscine intérieure chauffée. Vous aurez également accès au bar-grill Oceanside du Hilton et au Starbucks.

Good view of the pool with the beach beyond. Easy access to all! Overall, the place met expectations. We had initial issues with the cable on the main TV which was resolved. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the place was close to lots of different restaurants, stores, etc. Laundry facilities were on the 2nd and above floors.

Girls trip rental

The unit was described accurately online. The location is great and only a 10 minute drive to Harbour Town. The unit was easily accessible to the pool and beach. The unit is older, but older doesn’t mean bad just older. The office personnel were awesome to deal with and made the unit a perfect rental for our girls only family trip.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is just steps to the ocean. Easy to get to Coligny Circle and restaurants. This unit could use a rug at the front door to help catch some of the sand before entering the unit. It also is in need of some new skillets. Dishes, glassware, coffee pot and furniture were all in excellent shape.

Not impressed

We only stayed in this villa the first night of our trip. It was not clean, the balcony door was broken, the refrigerator was very old and dirty...just to name a few. We were extremely dissatisfied. Thankfully we were able to switch to a much cleaner and nicer villa the next morning. Jimmy at Vacation Time of HH (the property mgt company) was absolutely wonderful! I explained our dissatisfaction and disappointment in the villa and he immediately went to work to find us something better. We had a great time!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disappointed with ocean view condo that didn’t have an ocean view! Pleased that we were quickly moved to another unit that did have a view. Renovations were done well. Kitchen utensils were very dirty and all the frypans were unusable and should be thrown out. Dishes, silverware, and utensils had to be washed before being able to use because they were disgusting. The linens were excellent, all new. There were many ants at the pool that we reported, but nothing was done about them during our stay.

It was not clean enough for me. Dust under beds and corners. We weren’t given dish soap or bathroom soap. NO washer/dryer in the rental which was a real problem. The coffee pot was broken so I called the rental people. They did replace it for the second day. The sliding door lock did not work. A wood piece had to be put in the frame. The frame was filthy. Sofas were dirty. The pool gate was rusted and the code didn’t work. The pool was fine. The beach was nice!

It would be nice if the villa included towels to be used at the beach/ pool. If towels are lost, charge a fee to replace. Also, there were a few large cockroaches that made an appearance inside the living/ kitchen area. If stay is longer than 2 days, bath towels should be replaced.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place. Nothing super fancy but really enjoyable. Only two issues were the AC was cool enough but not super cold. Also, we only were provided one key to the place which caused a little frustration. The owner should invest in a coded entry door for the condo and upgrade the AC units. If you plan to cook in your condo and need specialty pots and pans, bring them with you. This place has the bare minimum cooking ware.

We really wanted to be on the first floor and close to the pool with easy access to the beach. The unit itself was clean as it can be, but quite dated, stained furniture, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. One of our last days we came in from the beach to take showers and there was no water. A unit above had a leaking pipe that needed urgent repair, so the plumber had to turn off all the water to the units in our area. However, no one contacted us to tell us this. After trying showers and water in multiple places in the unit, I called the office and they told me. I completely understand the issue, however communication would have been preferred. Overall we had a great trip and tried to spend as little time in the unit as possible

WE HAVE BEEN STAYING HERE FOR THE PAST 25 YRS -- WE PLAN TO STAY HERE AS LONG AS WE CAN!

Unit is very close to the pool entrance, but not directly behind it so we enjoyed sitting on the patio without all of the pool activity right in front of us. There must have been a flood because floors in hallway and kitchen area were warped. When going to step out the patio door the floor was very soft. Back window was a cloudy we couldn’t even see out of it. Shower in master bath needs to be replaced. Knob turning water from tub to shower was stripped so half of the water came from faucet and half from shower head.

The pool was clean and a great temperature. The unit itself was disappointing. The bedroom were dark and stuffy and the bathrooms felt dirty. It was also hard to to get a good water temp in the showers. There was a dead bug on arrival and windows needed to be cleaned.
