Located in a quiet, upscale residential area, the property offers a gated entrance for added security and peace of mind. A shared garden space provides a pleasant outdoor area where both children and adults can relax and enjoy sunny days.

• All maintenance concerns should be reported immediately to the accommodation team. Urgent issues are prioritized, and response times vary based on severity.
• Temporary issues with power, water, or external disruptions (noise, dust, etc.) will not be grounds for rate reductions unless caused by negligence on the property manager’s part.
Damage & Liability Policy
• Damage Defined: Any alteration to the apartment’s original condition, including stains, breakage, water damage, pet damage, or unauthorized modifications.
• Guest Responsibility: The booking guest is responsible for the cost of repairs and any revenue loss due to property unavailability.
• Reporting: Damages, whether accidental or due to misuse, must be reported as soon as noticed.
• Bedding & Mattress Protection: Guests will be held liable for any stains or soiling of bedding or mattresses requiring replacement.
Parking & Vehicle Responsibility
• Guests are responsible for their own vehicles. The property owner assumes no liability for damage, theft, or other incidents related to vehicles.
• Staff Access & Guest Cooperation
