Summary:
This newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bathroom charmer in Old Overland Park will be your next home away from home! This house is just a a few blocks, and walkable, from all of the restaurants and shops in downtown Overland Park, including the wonderful Farmer's Market. In addition to the renovated interior, enjoy the extra large backyard space with BBQ grill, outdoor dining and firepit with Adirondack chairs. The fenced-in yard is perfect for your furry friend!
The Space:
The entire house just finished an extensive remodel with everything new including furniture, fixtures and appliances! Large open living area into open kitchen stocked with everything you will need to cook or enjoy take out from one of the many nearby restaurants. In the living area you will find a large comfortable sectional sofa to enjoy watching the 60" Smart TV. The primary Bedroom features a King bed, 50" Smart TV, ceiling fan and closet, in addition to a renovated ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom#2 has a king bed, 43" Smart TV, ceiling fan, room darkening shades, and closet. Bedroom #3 has a king bed, 43" Smart TV, ceiling fan, room darkening shades and closet. Hall bathroom has been completely updated and has a bathtub/shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and luxury towels are included in both bathrooms.
For added convenience, there is a full-size front loading washer/dryer for guest use.
Outside features include a fully fenced backyard, BBQ grill and tools, firepit with Adirondack chairs and outdoor dining furniture that seats up to 6 guests. Driveway will fit two cars comfortably, plus street parking in front of the house.

Downtown Overland Parkâs charming past and small-town flavor have grown into a modern and vast array of nearly 300 locally owned and operated businesses. The area is known for its strong community and thriving farmerâs market â as well as great food, the arts, and friendly local businesses lining the walkable streets.
Getting Around:
Walkable to downtown Overland Park as well as an abundance of ride share options.
Other Things to Note:
There are two exterior cameras on the front of the house. One that monitors the driveway and the other monitors the front door.
House Rules:
-No smoking of any kind in the house, including vaping.
-Parties/events/loud noise are not allowed.
-Only guests that are on the reservation are permitted on the premises.
-Illegal activity is prohibited to include, but not limited to, drug activity, prostitution and illegal possession of firearms.
-No weapons or firearms of any kind are allowed.
-We only allow pets with responsible pet owners. Pet owners are expected to pick up after their pet, not allow excessive barking. Any pet damage would be the responsibility of the pet owner.
Owner encourages all guests to purchase trip insurance. Requests to alter dates that are within the cancellation time frame are subject to be declined.
