Welcome to Beautiful in Mableton, your ideal home away from home in the heart of Mableton, Georgia. This inviting two-story townhouse features three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating families and travelers.
Upstairs, unwind in the primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, streaming TV, and an ensuite bath with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two twin bedsâperfect for kids or groups. The upstairs landing includes a handy desk for work or study and a fold-out twin sofa for extra sleeping space.
The downstairs living area is perfect for relaxation with plush seating and a large streaming TV, ideal for movie nights or game days. The round dining table makes a great spot for family meals or puzzle afternoons. The fully equipped kitchen features a Keurig-style coffee maker, air fryer, oven, microwave, electric teapot, blender, and all the essentials you need to cook up a storm.
Enjoy outdoor gatherings on the private backyard patio with seating for four. Parking is available for three non-commercial vehicles.

These are in place to ensure a safe, comfortable, and compliant experience for all guests.
A signed guest agreement is required by local ordinance to gain access to the property.
It will be emailed the week of your arrival and must be signed before check-in instructions are released. The agreement outlines local codes and policies on: Occupancy limits, Parking,Noise & quiet hours, Trash handling, Pets, Events & gatherings, Property damage, Prohibited commercial activity Absolutely no parties, events, or unauthorized visitors.
QUIET HOURS are strictly enforced from 8pm TO 8AM, per local ordinance.
Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund and fines starting at $1,000, charged to the guest
PARKING: Maximum number of vehicles: 3 No street parking. NO PARKING in front of neighboring home to the left- guests may park toward the vacant home to the right
PETS: must be pre-approved in writing before check-in. Pet fees must be paid in full.
No excessive barking or unattended pets.Guests are fully liable for all pet-related damages or disturbances.Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds unless covered with provided protection.Guests are expected to clean up after pets indoors and outdoors.
TRASH: All trash must be fully bagged and placed in designated receptacles. Message will be sent the night before trash pick up for compliance
Use of the property for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without written consent. This includes: Content creation, Photography/videography, Podcasting or interviews Coaching, classes, or client sessions, Retreats or private business events
NATURE: Refunds will not be issued due to these natural elements or environmental conditions. Guests acknowledge that the property is located in a natural environment and may be subject to varying weather conditions, wildlife activity, and ambient noise from nature or surrounding areas. We do not make any guarantees regarding weather, wildlife behavior, or the suitability of the environment for specific activities or purposes. Refunds or discounts will not be issued due to weather events, natural occurrences, environmental noise, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Outdoor features like grills, must be used responsibly and with care.
CREDIT CARDS: Please be advised:Credit card processing fees are non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation or refund.These fees are charged by the payment processor and cannot be recovered by the host. Refunds will be issued net of processing fees.

SMOKING AND VAPING are not permitted inside the property under any circumstance.
A minimum $1,500 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.Underage drinking and illegal substance use are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.
Check-out is strictly by 10:00 AM (IF WE CAN ACCOMMODATE AND WE KNOW ABOUT BEFORE WE WILL LET YOU KNOW IF EARLY IN OR LATE OUT IS AVAILABLE IN WRITING)
