GUEST ACCESS
You’ll have full and private access to the entire home, dock, property grounds, and all on-site amenities. Smart Lock entry allows for contactless, secure check-in and checkout.

Nearly everything is brand new—from custom furniture and luxury bedding to fully stocked kitchenware and fresh, stylish décor. We’ve added a full custom arcade, a brand-new hot tub and sauna, and a beautifully designed firepit area to elevate your stay. The kitchen is equipped to handle large groups with ease, and we’ve stocked the dock with paddleboards and water toys so you can hit the lake right away. You’ll also receive a personalized guest guide with local dining gems, hidden adventures, and must-see spots to make your Smith Lake stay unforgettable.

HOUSE RULES
- There is no smoking of any kind inside the house and on the decks/patios. Any violation of this policy requires guest to pay a $750 Ozone Fee per occurrence.
- If you do not check out on time, you will be charged $100 per 25 minute increment past 10:00am.
- NO PETS ALLOWED.
- Treat our house like your own. You will be charged for any broken or misplaced items.

HOT TUB RULES
• Must be 18 years old to enter hot tub
• You must shower before entering hot tub
• No glass in or around hot tub
• Consult your physician before entering hot tub
• No lifeguard on duty. Enter at your own risk
• Turn lights off and cover hot tub when done. Clips must be attached or lid will blow off.
• No sunscreen, self tanner, sweat, or any creams can be on your body when entering hot tub
• if you don't follow these rules and hot tub must be drained you will be charged $250 for drain and clean.
