Stay in a stylish and comfortable home in one of Brighton’s most desirable neighborhoods. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath house is perfect for families, professionals, or groups visiting Rochester. Enjoy a huge private backyard—ideal for children to play or for relaxing with friends. The home offers modern amenities, a safe and quiet setting, and quick access to Twelve Corners, Pittsford Plaza, and the University of Rochester (less than 4 miles away), under 4 miles from University of Rochester, and 11 minutes from ROC airport. Enjoy a bright living area, modern kitchen, huge backyard with playset, and private deck.
Expect a Safe, family-friendly neighborhood walking distance from Pittsford Plaza, Twelve Corners, & only Whole foods.

Whether you’re here for work, school, or leisure, this home provides the perfect balance of convenience and comfort.
Welcome! This home is set up for family gatherings, holiday hosting, visits to URMC, Pittsford and the hospitals, and quiet Rochester stays - I hope it feels like yours while you`re here.

A few notes that keep every stay safe and comfortable:

Check-in / check-out: Check-in is after 3:00 PM (early check-in is available on request if the schedule allows). Check-out is by 11:00 AM (late check-out can be arranged in advance).

Registered guests and pets: The home is reserved just for you and your registered group - that`s what the home`s insurance covers. Please make sure every guest and pet is on the reservation. If someone was missed at booking, send me a quick message with their names and ages (including pets) and I`ll happily add them.

Visitors: Only registered guests can be on the property, so please add any visitors to your reservation before arrival.

Parties and events: To protect the home and keep things peaceful for the neighbors, parties and events aren`t permitted.

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, out of respect for the neighbors.

Smoking: No smoking, vaping, or marijuana inside - you`re welcome to use the designated outdoor areas. No illegal substances or activities on the property.

Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval - just message me first and make sure they`re on the reservation.

Taking care of the home: Please lock doors and windows when you head out, keep furniture where it is, use appliances for their intended purpose, and let me know right away if anything gets damaged. Guests are responsible for damage during their stay, and I`m always happy to sort things out quickly if you tell me.

Trash and towels: Please put trash in the designated bins and leave used towels in the bathroom.

Parking: Please use only the designated parking spots.

These house rules are part of the booking terms: not following them unfortunately means the reservation would be cancelled and the stay ended without a refund. A quick message before inviting anyone extra is all it takes to keep everything in good standing.

This property was exactly as advertised and better. Clean, updated, comfortable, conveniently located and every amenity you could ask for or need. Our family of 6 adults had plenty of space and the host was quick and responsive to all questions and concerns. Would highly recommend!

My hosts were so accommodating and very responsive when I had questions. I stayed there for a little over 3 weeks while waiting to close on my home. The home is very comfortable and modern. There is a LARGE fenced in back yard with a play set and a seating area. Very comfortable and safe stay!
