Less than a minute walk to the beach is our completely remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with parking for up to 4 cars. No need for a beach parking pass, saving $15 a day. Our home offers open living area and porch seating looking at the ocean. The two rooms facing to ocean are set up with new queen beds and the back two rooms are set up with bunk beds with a bathroom between on both sides. Makes for a great set up for a large family or two families. There are 2 outdoor showers also underneath
The space
Located 2 houses over from beach access.with the renovation features 4 bedrooms with all new beds and 2 full bathrooms. The front porch has seating to enjoy the beach view and sunsets. the back porch has outdoor table and chairs. There are two enclosed showers underneath along with gas grill and large picnic table. You can park up to 6 cars at the house without parking passes.
