Villa dans la construction de près de la piscine - Comprend 2 lits Full-size dans la chambre principale et la taille pleine canapé-lit dans le salon. Notre villa non-fumeurs propose une chambre privée et des espaces de vie qui comprend également 525 pieds carrés de la vie. Les installations comprennent une cuisine complète avec deux plaques de cuisson, réfrigérateur pleine grandeur, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, cafetière, vaisselle, verrerie, argenterie, pot et casseroles, deux téléviseurs avec chaînes câblées de luxe, un fer et une planche à repasser, sèche-cheveux, et deux dans la chambre téléphones. Animaux de compagnie pesant moins de 60 livres sont autorisés dans des villas seulement (en supplément). Notre villa d'une chambre peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Appels locaux gratuits, parking de l'hôtel, et l'accès à Internet sans fil est également inclus. Resort comprend une piscine, salle de jeux, salle de fitness, salle de lavage et plus ..
La suite est situé dans un premier étage de l'hôtel trois étoiles: l'hôtel et villas paumes.

Great place

It’s a good property close to Disney, just what we needed. Owners were great to work with and made it easy to check in. Gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because of a few little things, pictures are nicer than it actually is, sheets didn’t fit beds so they came off when we slept and a couple of nights the neighbors were super loud late and the walls are thin. These are minor things overall we liked it.

Everything was clean. Communication between property manager was good. Was able to get early check in. Was typical resort vacation rental. Price was reasonable. Only things I noticed might not be in owners control. Windows need to be replaced and bathroom needs caulking around tub. Hot tub wasn’t hot either. So wasn’t able to enjoy that.

Weekend trip

The photos in the listing are not of the unit we stayed in, it is the same layout but different furniture. This unit was a on the ground level and we woke up the first morning after arriving late to realize that the window in the sitting/living area had the window locks busted off and the window itself would have been easy to just push in for someone to easily break into the unit. Not to mention there was a constant beeping from the sprinkler room just outside our unit that went constantly all night long. The unit needs a serious update and over haul, lots of rust in the bathroom and nasty air vents. We just did not feel over all safe to leave our things there with the window situation being something that could just be pushed in easily so we left after the first night.

Deben mejorar la hijiene en o los baños, deben mejorar la calidad del colchon, deben mejorar el tiempo de reservacion y dar las notificaciones necesarias al cliente antes delacceso al apartamento.- Resalto que el lugar esta muy bien ubicado, el apartamento tiene lo necesario, el area de recreacion es buena y algoo muy importante tienen buenos precios. Roaches but overall ok

Our room was very nice, we enjoyed our stay. We would have loved to come back but Our only problem was we had roaches in the sink. It was very disgusting we washed them away and they come right back. We did not sign up for that. Also it was kinda hot inside the room don’t think the A/C was working correctly. Other than that everything was ok.

Economical, clean, and convenient

First the good: housekeeping's folding skills are on point and the apartment was very clean. Many things looked recently updated, making a nice first impression. The location was perfect- 15 minutes from the parks, with no tolls or traffic in between. The pool area is nice, and having an elevator was very convenient. The bathroom was very nice, and the kitchen, while very small and sparsely supplied, was decent. The property manager was really helpful and quick to respond to questions, and checkin was easy. The not-so-good: the futon in the living area was almost unusable, sagging in the middle made it very uncomfortable to sit on, and my son had to cover it with pillows to sleep on it. It desperately needs to be replaced. We found the beds very uncomfortable, being too firm for our backs, but some people love a firm bed, so take that with a grain of salt. The building was undergoing renovations and therefore not in the best condition, but future renters will benefit of course. Lastly, and this is NOT the property's fault, our first night there, a child pulled the fire alarm at 11pm, waking us up. I will say, that fire alarm worked really well- the loudest, most terrifying alarm I think I've ever heard. The fire trucks were there very soon after. This speaks well for the building's safety, but we were pretty traumatized, and this, along with the discomfort of the beds and futon and the mess from renovations left a bad taste in our mouth. On the whole, if you like firm beds and are looking for an economical and convenient place to lay your head close to Disney, then this property is for you. We will most likely look elsewhere in the future.

Exactly what I was looking for

Great location, great room, not too much traffic, not trashy. What else can I say. When I go on vacation I’m not looking for a 5 star resort. I’m looking for a place to store my stuff, sleep, and shower. I used the pool and hot tub once and it was fine. Check in and out was probably the smoothest I’ve ever experienced. Only call out was they need to update the online pics because the arcade is pretty much gone besides two claw games. Definitely recommend for middle class families like me. Stay away from the timeshares.

Owner very quick and helpful with a couple minor problems. One Bedroom Suite clean, but a bit dated. Big microwave does not work, but a small one is available. A new vanity and sink would be nice, but the existing one works fine. I like an above average shower and, for my liking, this is a good one In the bedroom, there is no duplex plug handy to charge your phone and use it as a alarm clock. I had a portable charger that I used for the purpose. I did not ask for an extension cord but I am sure the owner would have supplied one had I requested.

My overall impression of the property was it was well worth it for the low price.

As a type A personality planner, I was uncomfortable waiting till the day before the trip getting the check in information. However, once we arrived it was smooth and easy. Extremely convenient getting to the Disney parks, nearby restaurants, and local shopping. Slightly outdated kitchen area, but since we were hardly in the unit except to sleep at night, that didn’t really matter too much. Overall, for the price, I thought it was well worth it.

Emplacement est bien mais les 2 lit double (pas assez grand) sont dans la même pièces , pas de four donc limite les repas sur place On est à 10 min de Walt Disney . En gros si vous allez au restaurant ces bien.

Very clean. Great location. Quiet. Pool arae clean and quiet as well.

We would definitely come back. And the communication with owners was fabulous. Incredibly responsive. Let then 10 minutes to Disney, 20 minutes to universal. Within a mile of anything you could need, or forgot to bring with you. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for the enjoyable experience!

Clean, low key unit. Comfortable and Close to the pool and near local attractions.

Although dated, the unit was perfect for our families stay. It was clean and fully equipped with lots of towels and extra bedding. It's close proximity to the theme parks and local shopping was great! The owner/property manager was easy to contact with any questions. Everything we needed was in the unit. The beds were comfy and the couch was too. Two TV's were a plus. The game room is no longer in the main clubhouse but they have a freezer arcade games and a foosball table near the pool on the patio. The kids had a great time and I would stay here again. If you are looking for quality with no frills, it's perfect.

Great location !

We arrived & had no running water, next day no electric.. but both were fixed within hours. The location is great. Minutes from disney parks, minutes from shopping & food areas. The pool area was big & clean, never felt like you were on top of other guest as all. Over all place needs some major renovating. The couch was ugly & not the best shape at all.. & very uncomfortable. The cabinets in bathroom & kitchen were not in the best shape. The one bed was very uncomfortable so we switched to other one, which was better but not the best by any means. All & all it was good. I would recommend. Its not like we hung around room anyways. Clean, no bugs, place was very quiet. The owners were good with communication as well which was very important since this was our first VRBO. I would say besides being out dated it was a great place & location was perfect.

Nice place for a very good price and close to Disney

My daughters and I stayed at the apartment for 4 days while visiting Disney parks. The place is neat but quite dated and could use some more maintenance and replacements. One of the stove top burners didn't work, which made preparing meals a bit cumbersome. Other than that, the bathroom was well equipped with towels and beds were comfortable. The biggest plus was the location - about 15 minutes to Disney's attractions, 1h to Kennedy Space Center. The apartment complex is also conveniently close to a grocery store, pharmacy, ice cream place and some restaurants. The pool and the hottub were open until 11pm and it was just great to have it at your doorsteps. Despite the fact the complex is located near the major highway, the pool area is nice and quiet. There was some personnel working around and everyone was very helpful and kind. The area is protected by security guards around the clock. So, if you looking for a good location but don't care about luxury, it's a good place to stay.

Perfect size for family of 3 and close to everything

Almost like a studio, but still perfect space for our family of 3. Plenty of dining and shopping options available close by. Only took about 10 minutes to get to Disney gate. Very quiet and not like a hotel where you hear doors slamming and people yelling and walking all hours of the night. We loved it!!

Very good communication, ease of booking, and value overall but...

We have a few comments that would have helped: small things: - no dishcloth and only one dish towel was difficult for a family of 5 staying for 12 days (although owner offered to reimburse us for purchasing a dish cloth) - no extra garbage bags (Although we used the grocery bags so we made it work) - only 1.5 rolls of toilet paper (as first-time VRBO renters, if we are responsible for this, I think it would be helpful to know that it's up to us to bring that... not a big deal, just think it could be clearer ) Bigger things: - the suite sleeps 5/6 according to listing. However, the mattress on the pull-out sofa is the worst we have ever seen. It tilts/bottom end flips up if you lay on it wrongly; the springs are palpable in every spot; even our young boys (who weigh about 50 lbs) couldn't get comfortable and chose to sleep on the floor a few times. - the extra blankets for the pull-out are scratchy and not soft whatsoever....think it's time for them to be replaced! - the frying pan is in need of replacement too... maybe it was because we didn't have a way to clean it well (no dishcloth for a few days!) But it's not very "stick-free" anymore... but maybe that's ok? (Not a big deal) - communicating that your 2nd burner on the stove doesn't work and that there is a 2nd cookstove in the dresser would have helped us too... we didn't discover the 2nd cooktop until mid-way thru our stay, and it would have made dinners easier for sure! overall, this was a good experience for us. We appreciate the close proximity to all the parks and to grocery, etc. We appreciate the communication we had with the owners and would consider staying here again should we ever find our way back to Florida. Thank you!

Experienced some problems during our stay that were not addressed. One of the two burners didn't work on the stove, lights out in the kitchen area that made it impossible to cook, coffee maker was not working properly, the WIFI for the place was unsecured so once I logged on my phone was instantly hit with spam and one of my credit cards hacked. Everything is outdated and the road to the place has many large speed bumps. It was a quiet facility but did notice the cops at the complex a couple of the nights we were there.

Convenient to attractions at a good price.

These renters are very accommodating. One bedroom unit was clean and tidy. Right off the pool area. There is also a small basketball court. Very close to Disney and other attractions. Convenient, has a small kitchen so you can prepare your own meals. Bedroom is large enough for 2 double beds with an adjoining bathroom. Also liked that parking was very close. Thank you.
