This modern Denver townhouse, built in 2021, combines comfort, style, and an unbeatable location. Thoughtfully furnished with all the essentials, itâs designed to make your long stay effortless and memorable. Just a few blocks from Sloanâs Lake and the light rail, youâll have quick access to downtown Denver, Mile High Stadium, Coors Field, LoHi, and the vibrant RiNo art district. After exploring the city, relax on the rooftop balcony or fire up the BBQ for a laid-back evening outdoors.
Our neighborhood gives you the best of both worldsâpeaceful walks by Sloanâs Lake and the energy of Denver just minutes away. Local cafĂ©s, breweries, and shops make it easy to explore right outside your door. Trails, parks, and mountain views bring a fresh, outdoorsy feel to daily life. With downtown Denver a quick drive away, youâre perfectly placed to enjoy both city buzz and neighborhood comfort.

Self-check-in instructions will be sent 24 hours before your stay. Our home is divided into two apartments, with the basement unit rented out separately. You may encounter other guests in the shared entryway stairwell, but your unit remains fully private. Both units share the same electrical panel, located in the garage. In the rare event that the basement loses power, we might need to send maintenance to access the panel.
Inside, you'll find hardwood floors, an open-concept living area with a modern gas fireplace, and a kitchen featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and European soft-close cabinets. Natural light fills the space, making it perfect for a morning coffee. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and a private patio. A second bedroom on the top floor has a queen bed, full bath, and a rooftop deck for relaxing. The layout offers privacy while being great for families or groups.
Outside, enjoy the private, fenced courtyardâideal for fresh air or grilling. There's also easy access to the single-car garage from this area.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook like a pro, from cookware and bakeware to stylish dishware. Start your mornings with the drip coffee maker, complete with a generous supply of complimentary coffee.
SHARED STAIRWELL: Our unit is located in a townhome, above a downstairs unit. The stairwell is a common space to access both units, but each unit is completely private and separate from the other.
Neighborhood noise ordinance: 10 pm. Please keep all noise inside after this time. There are surrounding neighbors, so please be mindful.
Dogs are allowed with a $100 non-refundable fee per month (2nd dog is an additional $50 per month). Inquire about multiple pets, cats, or long stays.
We require guests to sign a lease agreement, which simply acknowledges our house rules and policies.
CHILD PROOFING: While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not completely childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while they are on the premises.
