In Praia de Itaparica, Vineyard 201 sits in the middle of neighborhood life â the waterfront, the boardwalk and the day-to-day of Vila Velha, all within a five-minute walk. A complete apartment for those who want to be in Vila Velha, not just pass through it.
Designed with your stay in mind
Bedroom 1 is the suite â double bed, air conditioning and an enclosed balcony with views over the city and green area. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, wardrobe and balcony with a sea view â natural ventilation and a ceiling fan complete the comfort. Air dehumidifiers in both bedrooms.
The kitchen is equipped for daily use: stove, microwave, air fryer, refrigerator, sandwich press, cold and natural water filter and full utensils. The in-unit laundry has a washer-dryer â no need for external services. Bed and bath linen provided. Wi-fi available. Smart TV with streaming access via guest's own account. Covered parking included.
âą A basic linen set is included: bath towels, bed linens, hand towels, body soap, and toilet paper. Items are provided as a starter supply; refills are not included.
Additional Costs
âą The base rate includes up to 2 guests. From the 3rd guest onward, an additional per-person, per-night fee applies, as indicated on the platform at the time of booking.
Arrival and ongoing support
Check-in is conducted in person by a NOMADS host â full walkthrough of the unit, building registration and apartment orientation. From that point, the apartment is entirely yours, with independent access and support available by message or in person throughout the stay, with a same-day response.
