NEW 3 Bedroom in Morehead City with Water View and Beach Access.

We are experienced Super Hosts that have just purchased & opened up this home to guests! We love Morehead & have been traveling here for decades! We can`t wait to host you!

Our `Castaway Shack` is a new build with all new furniture & linens in the heart of historic Morehead City. We have water views from some of our windows and our porch. We have a spacious patio under our home that is great for gathering!

Our home is all on 1 story but you must go up stairs to enter.

When you go up our front steps, you first enjoy our long front porch with comfortable chairs to sit and relax and watch the day go by.

Upon entering our front door, you are greeted by our large, open living room. Our living room has a smart TV for you to log into your favorite channels. We also provide a new sofa bed.

Past our living room is our dining area. We have a large dining table for 6, a kitchen bar with seating for 3, and a small dining table for 2 to eat or work quietly on their laptop.

Our kitchen features brand new appliances with a large fridge and large pantry. We also have access to our back porch from our kitchen with an outdoor seating area.

We have a coded front door that gives you access to the entire upstairs. We do have a garage downstairs that is all our personal things and is not for guests. Downstairs there is a shed in our car port that has beach items like chairs and umbrellas.

We have a large driveway with a portion of our driveway going under our home. This is ideal for storing boats or boat trailers during your stay.
Here are some important dimensions of our driveway and parking area:
- Uncovered portion of driveway: 30 feet long by 142 inches wide (we have two uncovered driveways on either side of our steps)
- Height clearance under our home: 92 inches
- Width of columns under our home: 142 inches
- Covered portion of our driveway is 35 feet long (two areas like this)

*Please note* Although we have a relaxed cancellation policy, we still incur the 4% cc fee. Your refund will be in full, minus the 4% cc fee.

We live in a quiet neighborhood. No large gatherings or loud music. No Pets of any kind.
No Smoking ON OUR PROPERTY of any kind! $500 fee for breaking this rule.
We prefer hosting guests with 5 star review history and require a verified ID.
Reservations only accepted if over 24 years or older. Any reservations made by someone without 5 star review history or under 24 years old will be canceled by host.
$500 fine for breaking of any of these rules.
