Inside, the expansive space spans two floors with a two sided fire place in the living room, a spacious and fully stocked kitchen, high speed WiFi, and a game room that includes a ping pong table, pool table, poker room, and popcorn maker.

Guests also have access to the one car garage as well as a large gated parking pad that can accommodate multiple vehicles and small trailers.

Chateau de Maggie Valley sits in a fantastic location just minutes from so many wonderful area attractions. It’s only a few minutes to the Cataloochee Ski Resort, Tube World, Festival Grounds, and Wheels Through Time Museum. It’s 5 minutes to the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway, and a short drive to Cherokee, Harrah’s Casino and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

The main level of the property has 3 bedrooms including the master bedroom as well as the additional full hall bath. The living room and second living area with a futon, dining room and kitchen are also all located on this floor.

Downstairs offer a second master with an attached full bath, game room with a sleeper sofa, and the bunk room that sleeps 6.

The outdoor spaces are impressive. A wraparound screened porch hugs this home and it’s filled with cozy furniture for enjoying the views. There is a large propane grill and cooking station, outdoor dining area, and even a porch swing.
