The Space:
🛌 Bedrooms: Six private bedrooms, each with premium linens, ceiling fans, blackout curtains and an en‑suite bathroom. Configured for 12 guests with a mix of king, queen and full beds.

🍽️ Living areas: Two open‑concept living rooms with plush sofas, smart TVs, and ample seating – perfect for game days and movie nights.

🎤 Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen.

🎍 Extras: High‑speed Wi‑Fi, washer/dryer, complimentary coffee station, and board games.

Guest Access:
🔑 Self‑Check‑In: Entry via smart lock; unique code sent 24 hours before arrival.
🚗 Parking: Both garage and driveway parking are available; do not block neighbors’ driveways.
🏡 Entire Property: Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, deck, and small yard. Locked supply closets remain private.
⏳ Check‑In/Out: Check‑in after 4:00 p.m.; check‑out by 10:00 a.m. Early check‑ins and late check‑outs are not available.
