Great place to stay, very close to beach. Listing is accurate, clean, has more room than we anticipated. Everything we needed was provided and host was quickly responsive. Highly recommend this propery and would stay here again.

Safe, comfortable, convenient

I stayed here with my 5 year old daughter. We very much enjoyed this property, the convenience of having beach chairs and cooler, and the close access to the beach! I also appreciated having a washer/dryer in unit. Mary was very easy to communicate with. We would stay here again!

This was just a short walk to the beach and very convenient. Had everything we needed. Communication was great with Mary, a quick response with any type of questions or request. Would like to stay here again

Great Stay with Beach Access

Very smooth process the whole way through. Very clean and cozy stay. Loved that we could get up and walk straight to the beach. Driveway parking was a bonus!

This property is just steps to the beach and conveniently located. Comfortable for the 2 of us. We would love to come back.

The property looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean, cute, and had everything i needed. I loved how close it was to the beach! I had a lovely stay and would definitely come back!

right at the beach

This is a fantastic location if you are wanting to be on Clearwater Beach. It was about 100 steps from the door to the beach on the north end so you're away from the large crowds. The space is comfortable enough for 2 people. The bed was comfortable. The cooking pots & pans were the non stick type & the coatings were very scratched and worn. So if you are concerned about that at all you won't want to be doing any cooking unless you bring your own pans. It is nice to have a full size washing machine & dryer. The cottage was equipped with a lot of little things that you may need. There were 3 nice beach chairs and other beach items. Only tiny issue we had was one of the windows in the bedroom was not working & wouldn't stay open. I showed the owner when he was over to fix something so he was made aware of it. The area was quiet for the 3 nights we were there and we felt perfectly safe. Parking is a little tight but we had a sedan & it wasn't a problem. but if you're in a big SUV if might be tricky. Overall this is a great location and a super deal in my opinion. We would definitely stay here again.

Clearwater beach getaway

This property is accurately descibed: It has nicer, upgraded appliances, and everything was functional. It is literally 30 yards from a very nice stretch of Clearwater Beach. The host was very responsive and helpful--especially since we needed to re-book due to our original dates coinciding with the landfall of the hurricane. The only downside we encountered, and this has no bearing on the owner/host, is they are building a massive new highrise literally feet from the property. They started loud construction noise from dawn to dusk daily. This wasn't a big issue for us as we were birding and out early each day. However, some folks could find the noise unpleasant. This shouldn't be a problem when the building is finished. Overall this property is very good and accurately described. The host was super responsive and helpful.

Perfect for 2!!

Our stay was great! The host let us checkout late since we had a later flight. Location was fantastic! Just steps from the beach!! All appliances are newer and the kitchen included plates, bowls, coffee cups, toaster, blender, etc! There were beach towels to use, as well as beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler. Additionally, there was grill to use - which is how we made our Thanksgiving meal there was construction right next door, but did not impact our stay one bit.

Beautiful & Close to the beach

We had a great stay! Everything was walkable and the beach was only 50 yards away. Beaches are groomed and made for a great trip. Highly recommended. Property owner was quick to communicate and the nearby restaurants were great!

Amazing stay!

I loved this VRBO. It was just me, but would be perfect for a couple or 2-3 individuals looking for a great weekend. So easy to get to the beach, and great hosts. Will be returning.

EXCELLENT PLACE

I loved our stay here! The host was incredibly easy to get ahold of and super nice when i confused her by saying our door code didnt work but I just was at the wrong unit. The property was clean with plenty of towels and linens. The water heater doesn't quite get hot enough but overall a great stay! Great location to the beach and far enough down to not be super busy with other people. Plus she lets you use beach chairs and umbrella which was super nice! 10/10 recommend and would stay again!

Quick beach stay!

I was in Ocala for business and decided to take a quick trip to beach. Lucky for me and my small family I found this listing . We booked our 4 day stay and it was nothing short of perfect! Loved how close everything was and not mention the property was in perfect condition and very cozy! Thank you Mary for our stay we look forward to our next possible stay with you!

We stayed at Clearwater beach few times before. The location is awesome, easy to go to beach and everywhere. The host responds message very quickly. The beach umbrella didn’t work when we checked in. She went out to get a new one right the way. Recommend for anyone who loves the beach. Thank you!
