The place was absolutely amazing! The only complaints I have is, the shower doesn’t have good water pressure, and the water doesn’t get hot in the kitchen sink for washing dishes. The washer and dryer worked perfectly, the air conditioning works amazingly. The bed was also super comfyIt was a little confusing at first as I hadn’t realized there was 3 different houses in one spot (for multiple renters) The neighborhood is pretty quiet and the house is in a perfect spot for the beach, there wasn’t many people on the beach around that area so that was super nice! Overall I was pretty satisfied with the stay there!

This is truly a wonderful place! The location could not have been more perfect for us -- the beach is just a stone's throw away, and the main drag is only a short walk from the house. Check in was a breeze, and the house had everything we needed.

Amazing stay!

This was one of the best stats we've had in Clearwater. Roomie enough without feeling too big for two people. Super close to the beach, I walked barefoot everyday we were there it was so close. Had chairs we could take to the beach and also other beach toys. Nice outdoor deckbox so if you had anything that you took to the beach that got sandy and you didn't want to track sand in you could leave it stored outside. Super cozy, and private. There are two other places that are close to it, but we didn't have any issues with privacy or anything. Amazing and absolutely adorable! We'll definitely be back. :)

This charming little house was in an amazing location—literally steps from the beach! We only stayed one night, so we didn’t get to fully soak it all in, but it was super cute and had everything we needed. The host provided beach chairs and an umbrella, which made our beach time even better. The kitchen was stocked with plates, silverware, a fridge, and a stove, so we were able to cook dinner and relax in. The only downside was the shower—it wasn’t very clean. But overall, a great quick getaway spot. We’d love to come back and stay longer!

Great place to stay, very close to beach. Listing is accurate, clean, has more room than we anticipated. Everything we needed was provided and host was quickly responsive. Highly recommend this propery and would stay here again.

Safe, comfortable, convenient

I stayed here with my 5 year old daughter. We very much enjoyed this property, the convenience of having beach chairs and cooler, and the close access to the beach! I also appreciated having a washer/dryer in unit. Mary was very easy to communicate with. We would stay here again!

Great Stay with Beach Access

Very smooth process the whole way through. Very clean and cozy stay. Loved that we could get up and walk straight to the beach. Driveway parking was a bonus!

right at the beach

This is a fantastic location if you are wanting to be on Clearwater Beach. It was about 100 steps from the door to the beach on the north end so you're away from the large crowds. The space is comfortable enough for 2 people. The bed was comfortable. The cooking pots & pans were the non stick type & the coatings were very scratched and worn. So if you are concerned about that at all you won't want to be doing any cooking unless you bring your own pans. It is nice to have a full size washing machine & dryer. The cottage was equipped with a lot of little things that you may need. There were 3 nice beach chairs and other beach items. Only tiny issue we had was one of the windows in the bedroom was not working & wouldn't stay open. I showed the owner when he was over to fix something so he was made aware of it. The area was quiet for the 3 nights we were there and we felt perfectly safe. Parking is a little tight but we had a sedan & it wasn't a problem. but if you're in a big SUV if might be tricky. Overall this is a great location and a super deal in my opinion. We would definitely stay here again.
