Sky High is a brand-new, custom-built luxury home that redefines the vacation experience. Spanning four floors and connected by a private elevator, this architectural masterpiece combines modern elegance with ultimate comfort—all just steps from the emerald green waters and sugar-white sands of the Gulf Coast.

Pool heating is available seasonally for $80 per day and must be added for the entire duration of your stay.
Please note that pool heaters depend on ambient (outdoor) temperatures. When outdoor temperatures are 50°F or below, the heater may be unable to maintain the desired water temperature. By requesting pool heating, you acknowledge that pool heat is not guaranteed.
Refunds will be considered only in the event of a verified mechanical or compressor failure of the heating equipment. Reduced heating performance due to low outdoor temperatures is a known limitation of electric pool heaters and is beyond our control. As such, no refunds or rate adjustments will be provided for weather-related heating limitations.

Family vacation

Great week at Sky High! Four floors is a bit intimidating and tiring if you are ‘not young’ but we had an awesome time. Very clean property! Could definitely use a bathroom closer to pool though!

Thanksgiving Celebration

Fabulous location for a large family group. We love to be together under one roof. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a Thanksgiving dinner. Kids played in the ocean. Beautiful sunsets. Lots of room for celebrating together. YThThkitchen

It is always a struggle to find a rental large enough for our big, ever-growing family. This vacation rental house was perfect! It was close to the beach, had plenty of room, and also included pools to keep the fun in the sun going regardless of the surf conditions.

We stayed Aug 15-30 2025. We had our adult children, our grandkids and my mother. We had a terrific 2wks and we all loved the house and pool. The location was terrific and you could walk right across the rd to a beach access. We drove over and parked because of how much we needed at the beach for the little ones and chairs for the adults. I would say without a doubt, the pool was the most used & loved. I love that you are pet friendly. I wouldn't travel without Bluebell. I loved sitting on the front deck of the 3rd floor every night after everyone went to bed. I could hear the ocean waves. It gave me time with The Lord and it was so peaceful. I'd book again in a heartbeat!! Well worth the money for the size of the home, the pool and location. It's a 10 out of 10

Great family vacation!!!

The house was perfect for our family of 16. The bathrooms were perfect, plenty of laundry facilities for a family of our size. Extra refrigeration was a plus! The pool was lovely. The elevator is a necessity in a 4 story home, but malfunctioned a bit. All in all, we loved it and may be back next year! (There was no volleyball court as advertised, hence the lower rating on Accuracy of Online Listing.

Wonderful new home - great for a large group!

The pool is amazing, and the walk across the street to the beach is quick and easy. Couldn't ask for a better place in Navarre for a large group! The management company was incredibly responsive and helpful for the entire stay. We'll definitely use this home again in the future when returning to Navarre.

Great Little Beach House

Bedrooms and bathrooms were all very roomy. The kitchen and living area was all first class. It was a vacation of our dreams. Everyone in our family stated they had never stayed in a house as nice as this house. We will be back I can not think of anything I did not like about this house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 15 had a great stay just after Christmas 2024. We stayed for 5 nights and took advantage of being right across the street from the beach and the rooftop views of the sunrise and sunset. The house is very new and was super clean. We had enough room to spread out on different floors and be together, although the top floor living room area could use more seating for big families, perhaps another sofa. The pool was great, when we finally got it heated correctly. There were a couple beach chairs and toys downstairs we were able to use, but a few more chairs would have been nice. Other properties had bikes which would have been nice...and there is plenty of room downstairs for a pool table or something for the rainy days. Elevator was a little tricky and had it's problems, so those who could walk opted for stairs most of the time, and they are big stairs. We had most everything we needed in the kitchen, but things like salt/pepper or foil and other little odds and ends that a vacation rental gathers over time would have been nice. There were plenty of dishes and cups and we loved the coffee maker for both pods and coffee grounds. Would have been nice to have filtered water on the fridge and beach water from the tap is often suspect. All the bathrooms were Great, although one shower needs some handle help. Great stay overall!

The house was very beautiful first off. The AC did not work on the 2nd floor and it did not get fixed for 24 hours and we were only there for about 32 hours. There was a ceiling fan not working on the same floor. There were no options for other fans offered. When we checked in there was no toilet paper in a couple of bathrooms. There was also a bar of soap that had hair still on it. In the backyard there was dog poop everywhere and a bag of poop not picked up. So I would say that the cleanliness of the place was not up to par at all. When we tried to get in with the code, it was not working so thank goodness another door was left open so we could get into the house and it was not fixed until the next day. Overall the property could be maintained better. I also sent an email to the property management and I received no response. I will not suggest renting from that property or property management to anyone.

Damon, We understand that issues can occasionally arise, especially in newer homes. However, regarding cleanliness, we do have photos and inspection reports that indicate the home was properly prepared prior to your arrival. While we cannot control previous guests entirely—such as pet-related matters—we will be discussing with the owner whether to continue allowing pets in the future. Regarding the AC, your report came in at 7:35 PM, and an HVAC technician arrived around 10:20 PM. As this was after hours and there were other service calls ahead of yours, we responded as quickly as possible. At no point during your stay did you report any cleaning concerns that could have been addressed immediately. Additionally, we were not asked to provide fans, which we would have gladly delivered right away. The keypad issue was resolved promptly the following day with a battery replacement. As for the open door, it may have been left open by pool maintenance while servicing the property. We strive to provide a 5-star experience and address concerns as quickly as possible. Given the response times and resolutions provided, we feel these issues were handled appropriately. We wish you the best moving forward.
