Cozy three-bedroom, two-bathroom Thai-Chinese style three-floor townhouse tucked in a quiet alley

FIRST floor features:

- Cozy living area with TV. Netflix is available.
- Cozy Kitchen for Light Cooking
- Perfect for preparing simple meals like instant noodles or quick breakfasts. While the kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, mugs, utensils, pot, and pan, please note that it’s not suitable for heavy cooking as there is no ventilation hood — cooking strong-smelling dishes may cause lingering odors.
- Dedicated luggage station to store suitcases — carry only what you need upstairs with our provided bags, no heavy lifting!
- Air conditioning in the living room/kitchen area
- Outdoor coffee spot to enjoy the local atmosphere
- One free parking space available next to the house

The house has stairs on all three floors — please take extra care, especially with children or elderly guests.

Guests will receive the access code to the lockbox on the day of arrival to collect the house key.
Please note that we will only send the passcode after receiving clear photos of the passports/IDs of all guests in the reservation.

You will have full access to the entire house across all three floors, including the living area, kitchenette, bedrooms, bathrooms, and the outdoor coffee spot at the front.

We store extra household items, such as cleaning products and supplies, in some of the cabinets.

Additionally, you’re welcome to use:

- Luggage Station on the Ground Floor
We’ve provided a luggage station on the ground floor for your convenience. Since carrying suitcases upstairs may be difficult, you’re welcome to store them here. You can then bring only the essentials upstairs using the bags we provide. We also provide scale to weigh your luggage

House Rules & Services

- No Smoking
Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside, around the house, or anywhere on the property.

- No Illegal Activities
Strictly prohibited at all times.

- Stairs Safety
The townhouse has stairs across all three floors. Please take extra care, especially if you are traveling with small children, elderly guests, or anyone with mobility concerns.

- Respect for Home & Neighborhood
We want all guests to enjoy a safe and comfortable stay. Please respect the house rules and be mindful of our neighbors.

- Laundry Service (Optional)
We do not have a washing machine in the house. However, we provide a convenient same-day laundry service:
• Cost: 50 THB per kg (guests are responsible for this fee).
• A luggage scale is provided if you’d like to check weight.
• Simply place your clothes in the provided bag and leave them in front of the house before 10:00 AM.
• You’ll receive them back washed and ironed the same day.
- After all, why do laundry when you’re on vacation?

- Cleaning Service
The house is cleaned once before your arrival and once after check-out.
• If you’d like additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for a fee.

- Guest Verification
For security and to comply with Thai Immigration (TM30) regulations, we kindly ask all guests to provide a picture or copy of their passports/IDs before we can share the lockbox code.
