1. Cancellation Policy for Direct Booking Long-Term Reservations (30 days or more):
â For reservations of 30 days or longer, a separate cancellation policy applies:
â Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
â A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
â No refund will be provided for cancellations made 13 days or fewer before the scheduled check-in date.
2. Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival
3. If you are local and / or under the age of 23 please notify us before making your reservation
4. We will charge a small, non-refundable damage waiver fee to cover any potential accidental property damage during your stay. This fee replaces the traditional security deposit.
5. We would like to inform you that for direct bookings, a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform's cancellation policy
6. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm to 7 am; please be respectful of the neighbors
7. Free parking in the garage and driveway for up to 4 vehicles depending on size. No Street parking. Additional vehicles can use an overflow parking at the street entrance. No boats, Trailers, or RV parking in the community. There is a paid parking/storage place that is 6 minutes away. Please reach out to us for more details, if needed.
8. No parties or events allowed
9. Guests must provide a valid working phone number and report in writing any check-in issues, cleanliness concerns, or broken/malfunctioning items within 1 hour of arrival. This ensures we have the opportunity to address and resolve any matters as quickly as possible.
9. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $500 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed
10. The number of guests on the property may not exceed the maximum allowed at any time. No unregistered guests or visitors are permitted without prior approval. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund
11. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room
12. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We're sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them
13. Property managers and/or designated agents may enter the property for repairs, cleaning, and problem remediation with an urgent notice provided to guests.
14. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in)
15. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property
16. The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit
17. This is a pet-friendly property! Weâre glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:
- Please note that a $150 Pet fee will be applied per reservation.
