This home is 5 minutes away from all the venues, restaurants, arenas, museums in Downtown Detroit.
Located right off Woodward Ave.

This home is a duplex featuring two separated three-bedroom, one-bath units. Both units can be rented together with a 2-night minimum stay, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests — perfect for larger families traveling together. Please message us directly to check availability for your desired dates.

Guest access
Guest has access to the entire apartment, except for the attic and basement.

Other things to note
House Rules: Minimum Age Requirement
• The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old.
• Reservations made on behalf of individuals under the age of 21 are not allowed.
• Any parties or evidence of individuals under 24 in the home will result in immediate removal from the property, and no refund will be issued.
• All guests must adhere to this age requirement, and failure to comply may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

1. Please book for the correct number of guests. This is a 3 bedroom home so the maximum number of guests that can be accommodated is 6, that’s 2 people per bedroom. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate more than 6 guests at this time.

2. Trash pick up is Friday mornings. If staying long term, please take the trash container to the front of the home on the street and return it to the backyard once the city dumps it.

3. Quiet hours are between 11pm-7am

4. All guest must follow Michigan state laws that includes illegal substance in or around the home.


5. CLEANING FEE: You will be charged an extra cleaning fee if we find that the home was left unreasonably dirty after check out. Or if we find evidence of smoking in prohibited areas.

6. Please note that the home has security cameras outside of the home for security reasons and to monitor/enforce occupancy and pet rules.

7. Parties or events are not allowed. No commercial media/videography allowed. Your reservation will be canceled without refund if there's any reports or evidence of parties, or having more guests than allowed.

8. CHECK OUT TIME: 11AM Unfortunately we are usually unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. It takes the entire allotted time to prepare the unit for the next guests therefore we cannot accommodate early arrivals or late checkouts on the weekends “Fri-Sun”
If you stay is during the WEEKDAYS or your stay is 3 OR MORE DAYS, send a message to the host for your request and we will let you know if we can approve your request.
Please check the unit before checking out to ensure that you didn't leave any items behind. We are not responsible for lost or items left behind.

9. THERMOSTATS: To save energy please turn the thermostats to 70 when leaving the home.

10. REMOTES/ MISSING ITEMS: There's a $20 charge for any lost remotes. You are more than welcome to use all items and amenities inside the Airbnb, Please do not remove or take any items from the home. You will be charged a fee for any broken or missing items found after check-out.

11. No pets allowed.

12. SMOKING RULES:
SMOKING ALLOWED IN DESIGNATED AREAS ONLY.
Smoking is allowed on the back porch or in the sunroom only. PLEASE KEEP INTERIOR DOORS CLOSED AND TURN ON THE AIR PURIFIER IN THE SUNROOM WHEN SMOKING. There’s an electric fireplace outside if it gets cold.
A $200 fee is charged if evidence of smoking is found in prohibited areas.

13. NO KIDS ALLOWED ON THE UPPER BACK PORCH. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PERSONS ON THE BACK PORCH..
