À propos de cet hébergement

Il s'agit d'une authentique cabane en rondins d'une chambre. Notre chalet en bois rond a été récemment équipé de meubles modernes, de plats, de casseroles et de poêles, d'un barbecue et d'appareils électroménagers. La literie que j'ai choisi d'utiliser est fabriquée au Canada. Il y a une cheminée confortable dans le coin, et nous vous fournissons du bois et du bois d'allumage pour vos feux.
Nous vous commençons avec du café biologique fraîchement moulu d'une entreprise de café locale, de la crème biologique fraîche, des pommes et des oranges biologiques, du maïs soufflé biologique, des thés assortis, du chocolat chaud, des fleurs fraîches et un peu de bonbon.

Clean, cozy and relaxing

I booked this stay to attend my daughter’s wedding. Margaret was so excellent with communication. This was the cleanest unit I’ve ever stayed in and all the little extras were so appreciated. The bed was super comfy too. Definitely recommend.

Perfect for Christmas!

We stayed at Margareta beautiful lig cabin over Christmas. It was perfect. The cabin is charming, with everything required for a great stay. The bed is very comfy. Margaret was thoughtful enough to decorate for Christmas so we even had a lovely little tree to put our gifts under. There were a lot of greatly appreciated extras including cream, teas/coffee, chocolate and fruit. On top of that we received an Xmas gift! Like I said.....absolutely perfect for our Christmas celebrations!

2 nights for 51st anniversary. Everything is just as advertised and really clean. Campground was closed for maintenance so it was very quiet and peaceful! Just what we were looking for. Host is readily accessible and most pleasant

Well appointed

The cottage was lovely and clean. It was a very well appointed space and so nice to relax in after a day hiking and exploring. Its proximity to Englishman River Falls was an added bonus.

Fantastic stay

We loved our stay in Margaret's cabin. The location is great, right next to Englishman Falls and a short drive to Parksville and the coast. The setting is quiet and tranquil. The boys loved feeding the bunnies and we had a visit from the fawn and an owl. The cabin itself is spotlessly clean. It is very spacious and the bed very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and the welcome pack lovely. Great coffee also. Margaret was very welcoming. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Relaxing stay

The property is as advertised. Well equipped with everything you will need. Property is well cared for and very clean. A welcome basket with organic coffee, chocolate and fruit greeted our arrival and was a nice touch. As others have indicated there are a lot of rabbits on the grounds, thankfully our golden retriever was not interested. The cabin is located a short drive from Englishman River Falls Provincial Park. Great stay, would definitely stay here again.

Log house was perfect inside-clean,and well set up, we lacked nothing and the place seemed almost new. Everything worked well. Almost tame bunnies hopping around provided entertainment.

Romantic Getaway

We opened the door and it met more than out needs. Couple things broken but didn't notice those until the end. Having the quiet solitaire space was nice. Hanging with the bunnies and deer and cats and dogs was like being at home. As we entered the driveway to property we were rather shocked that it was a trailer park. We closed our curtains to that horrible mess. Manager was great. Hope you liked the flowers we left for you.

Terrific log cabin location

We had a very nice time at Tranquility Woods. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the location was perfect. Lots of outdoor activities to keep busy in the Central Island area.

Exceptionally clean/quiet

Short drive from Parksville in a quiet location. Englishman River Falls/park was a nice and close hiking trail. Fruit basket/fresh cut flowers/popcorn and treats were a nice touch. The kids loved feeding all the wild bunnies running around!

Lovely Cabin in the Woods

Despite the fact that the Cabin is located in an RV park which was a surprise the Cabin was not disappointing. It was confortable and had everything we needed. Margaret is a wonderful host and extremely helpful. The location is close enough to where we wanted to explore while being away from traffic and noises of the city. We had a great time.

Nice restful stay

Really enjoyed our time at the cabin. Had not realized it was located in a campground until we got there but that made no difference in the end. Cabin is very well appointed: particularly liked the kitchen set-up, bravo), extra bedding, access to wood/kindling, and presence of wildlife on the property. Host was extremely kind and responsive. Amazing Stay

This is our second stay here and my husband and I and our dogs just love it! It has everything you need and more and is so comfortable and it's in a beautiful setting and so convenient when travelling with pets! The hosts are amazing and go above and beyond with many extras to make your stay incredible. We will definitely be back!

A nice quiet location

The location was nice and quiet and surrounded by nature. It was a bit far from where we wanted to travel to daily, but that is not a negative reflection of the property. A good location to relax at in all seasons.

Finding an good place to stay with a dog can be difficult, Tranquility Woods was super accommodating. The area was quiet and very comfortable. We had a great time.

Wonderful Accommodation

Margaret, the host, kindly leaves organic coffee, chocolate, fruit, popcorn, and even a treat for your dog! You feel very welcome in this immaculately clean, well appointed cabin. The property is situated in a lovely, heavily forested area close to Englishman River Falls, Coombs , and Parksville. My wife and I would highly recommend staying here.

Exactly what I wanted

I was looking for a quiet, well equipped location to vacation in Errington. This place was perfect! It had everything I needed; nice outdoor spaces to enjoy the trees and bunnies, and a comfortable interior. The bed was comfortable, the linens luxurious, and it was quiet! Great little place

The cabin was very clean and well equipped with everything you need and more. Nice quiet spot not too far from Englishman River falls provincial park. Check in was easy and Margaret was more than accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

The Good and the Bad

Lovely property, well maintained, warm and friendly property manager. We were not told that the log house was actually located within a camp ground/RV Park and unfortunately the main entrance for vehicles ran right adjacent to our unit. While the vehicles drove very slowly, some of them emitted deisel fumes and they did interrupt the quiet. Maintenance activities with chain saws and tree chippers were noisy and disappointing. Other than that it was great.

We are a family-owned property, so we will be here to greet you when you stay with us. We purchased this property so our family could all live close together at one location, in one of the most beautiful areas in BC, Vancouver Island.

We have a cozy one-bedroom log cabin with a queen-size bed for rent. Our cabin also has a comfortable queen-size hide-a-bed that will accommodate two more people.
The log cabin is fully equipped for you to stay here in comfort.
The cabin has satellite TV and high-speed wireless internet.
A coin-operated washer and dryer are conveniently located a few steps from your door.

The unique benefits of staying here in our log cabin are Tranquility Woods is centrally located, a short distance to Parksville, Coombs, Qualicum, and Nanaimo, BC. We are located at the gateway to Cathedral Grove Park, Port Alberni, Ucluelet, and Tofino, BC. You will find the Englishman River falls .5 kilometres from here. You can drive to Victoria in just over 2 hours, which makes it an easy day trip.
