Fire Alarms: If the fire alarms are triggered accidentally while you are there (by for example not using the woodstove properly), open lots of windows and doors, turn on the ceiling fan, and the fire alarms will automatically turn off. It may take several minutes for the alarms to go off, and they will be uncomfortably loud, but they will eventually clear themselves.

Fire Extinguisher: Should you need it, the fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink.

Power Outage: Should you lose power none of the lights, appliances, or showers, toilets, or sinks will work (you may have some access to water based on what is stored in the water heater).
