Three king bedrooms, one located on each floor of the home, each with their own bathroom (tub shower combos?) mean you'll have plenty of personal space even while traveling with friends or family. Fluffy towels and all bed linens are provided!

Enjoy watching your favorite shows and movies from bed on our Smart TVs in each bedroom... feel free to log in to any of the apps you enjoy at home! (guests must provide their login info) We also have a Smart TV in both the main floor living room and the downstairs game room.

Our fully stocked kitchen has all that you'll need to cook delicious meals! We supply all dishware, glassware, utensils, and plenty of cookware as well. The coffee maker makes both drip and k-cup coffee. Wine glasses, a microwave, a full-sized electric oven and range, a crock pot, and a blender are all available for you to use.

We also have a full-size washer and dryer on the lower level of the home if you need to get some laundry done or dry out that wet ski gear!

Cozy up in front of the gas fireplace in our open-concept living space without feeling cut off from what's happening in the kitchen or outside on the deck! We have a sumptuous, full-sized leather couch, oversized leather chair and ottoman, and another Smart TV in this room for you to enjoy.

Our downstairs game room has a Smart TV, shuffleboard game, and a cute little bar area!

Just outside on the lower deck, you'll find our awesome hot tub! Perfect for a soak after a long day of hiking or skiing.

🐾 PET POLICY
We understand that pets are part of the family, and we welcome well-behaved dogs at our property with prior approval and payment of a pet fee.

To ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests, we kindly ask that you follow our pet policy:

✅ Allowed:
Up to 2 dogs per reservation

Dogs must be house-trained and up to date on vaccinations

Dogs must not be left unattended in the home unless crated

Please clean up after your pet indoors and outdoors

❗ Town Ordinance Reminder:
Our local ordinance requires all dogs to be on a leash at all times when outside. Please be respectful of this rule for the safety of your pet and our neighbors.

❌ Not Allowed (Per Our Insurance Policy):
For safety and insurance reasons, the following dog breeds or breed mixes are not permitted on the property under any circumstances:

Chow Chow

Pit Bull / Staffordshire Terrier

Presa Canario

Rottweiler

Shar Pei

Wolf Hybrids

If any of the restricted breeds are brought onto the property, your stay may be canceled without a refund and you may be liable for damages or insurance violations.

What does this mean for you?

In colder / snowy seasons: you WILL need snow tires or chains, and an all-wheel or 4-wheel drive vehicle. The weather in the mountains can change in an instant, and we may not be able to accommodate adding extra days to your stay in inclement weather. Please ensure your vehicle is equipped properly for mountain driving in the snow.

In warmer seasons: please watch carefully for wildlife. We have foxes, deer, and even bears! Do not leave any food or trash outside the home. Do not leave food in your vehicles. Please drive carefully as we frequently see newborn deer crossing the roads in late spring / early summer.

*** Please remember that we do get snow, rain, fog, and other occasional inconveniences that are out of our control here in the mountains. Winter weather can occur here from November through April. This property is accessed and maintained via paved and gravel roads and a gravel parking area which may be icy or snowy during winter weather. For the safety of you and your party, please be prepared to drive in snow and ice. This means four-wheel drive, good tires, and possibly snow chains. It is your responsibility to be prepared for potentially hazardous road conditions. There will be no refunds, allowances, or date changes resulting from weather conditions out of our control.***
