The place we have planned for you is exceptional with a style all it's own. Originally built in the 1800's this house has details and craftsmanship that you will no longer find in modern day home. And of course with all the modern features you're used to like central air and heating.
With your own private entrance, you don't have to worry about anyone's timeline other than your own! We supply all of the essentials so that you don't have to fret about forgetting a towel, soap or even your coffee! You can expect to have a roku for the TV, giving you access to Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, etc.

Guest Access:
Please note that access to the unit is through the backdoor. There are stairs leading up to the outside deck of the back door. *Please note that this listing is on the lower level with a unit above it.
Other details to note:
Please note that this unit does not have AC. In order to keep this unit cool, open the windows in the morning and close them before noon. The house is well shaded, so this is often enough to keep the unit cool.
We kindly request to refrain from sending mail/delivery of any items to the house address. This request is to prevent any inconvenience from both parties, as we've encountered issues with mail delivery before and we want to make sure that your valuables will get to you safely in due time.

- No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is permitted outdoors at least 20 feet from the property. A fine of $300 will be applied if the guest is found in violation of this policy.

- Pets Allowed: Please note that we do cater to pets in the property.
- Cleanliness: Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it. Dispose of trash in the designated bins.
- Report Issues: Immediately report any damages or issues to the host.
