The space

Welcome to 'Tides & Tanlines!'

Located just a short walk away from the beach, great restaurants and shops, like Greenway Station, Old Florida Fish House, Beachy Bean Coffee Co., Steamboat Grill, and more! Plus, you're only a quick LSV ride away from The Big Chill and Seaside!

As you step inside, the first floor opens up into a bright and airy living room where modern design meets beachy comfort. A large sectional and cozy armchairs invite you to relax in front of the TV, enhanced by Sonos speakers for a quality entertainment experience. The open-concept floor plan flows seamlessly into the chef's kitchen, complete with sleek marble countertops, two full-sized refrigerators, and a large island with barstools. Just past the kitchen is the dining room with TWO large dining tables! Also on the first floor is a half bathroom, as well as the a bedroom with a King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower - great for parents/grandparents!

Step outside into your own private backyard oasis, complete with a HUGE refreshing private pool, hot tub, privacy fence, BBQ grill, outdoor shower, and a covered back porch with cozy seating and an outdoor dining table.

Heading upstairs to the second floor, you'll find 3 luxurious bedrooms along with the laundry room. The first is the master suite, featuring a King bed, private balcony with a balcony swing, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with double vanities, glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. The other two bedrooms on this floor both have King beds, access to a shared balcony, and en-suite bathrooms with glass showers.

On the third floor, a second living room offers the perfect hangout space for kids with a ping pong table, wet bar, and balcony overlooking the backyard. The third floor also includes 3 more guest bedrooms, the first two both with King beds, access to a shared balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. The 7th bedroom is a bunk room featuring one set of Queen-over-Queen bunks, one set of Twin-over-Twin bunks (easily sleeping 6), and a dedicated hallway bathroom with a glass shower.

There is parking available for about 6-7 cars in the driveway!

-Bedroom 7: Bunk Room with one Queen-over-Queen bunk bed and one Twin-over-Twin bunk bed, dedicated hallway bathroom with glass shower

There is also a pack n' play and air mattress at the home for guests' use!

Guest access

Guests will have complimentary access to a 6-seater LSV and 6 bikes.

Other things to note
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV is not to be driven past the town of Alys Beach to the east or the town of Seaside to the west. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Pool and hot tub/spa heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th. After April 30, guests can still heat the spa or hot tub for the same daily rate.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV, bikes, pool, spa, or other amenities provided to guests.

The house was lovely and very accommodating. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal or beverages with the exception of maybe a “ juice squeezer”…We’re margarita girls! The location was perfect, and centrally located for shopping and eating in nearby beach communities such as Seaside and Grayton. We would definitely consider another stay!

We paid for early check-in and we were delayed due to property damage. Nothing was done to remedy. A broken table and chair were left just sitting broken on the back porch. The internet did not work for our last 2 days. Communication was difficult with the property management. It is a nice house in a good area. Property management needs to do better communicating.

Due to unexpected damage prior to arrival, there was a slight delay with early check-in while we worked to ensure the home was safe and ready.
